I recently visited Coffee Lab Corfu, and I must say, it was an absolutely delightful experience! I ordered an iced latte with oat milk and it was hands down one of the best coffees I've ever had—perfectly brewed, rich in flavour, and just the right amount of sweetness. The pastry selection was also impressive; I tried the strawberry croissant, which was fresh, flaky, and paired perfectly with my drink. One of my friends ordered the pistachio croissant and I was really impressed by it too; typically pistachio flavour can be quite fake tasting but...

Came across this completely randomly and was left very impressed by there service and goods. The man who served us was very friendly, welcoming and genuine. He took the time and came to chat to us and recommend places for us to go.

We tried the ham and cheese pastry which turned out to be amazing. The coffee was fragrant and very warming for our early morning. There was a man I am not sure if he worked there or was a local but they were so nice to explain to us to what was in the pastries.
