Primo Fresh Pasta — Restaurant in Municipality of Central Corfu and Diapontia Islands

Unfortunately, this was bad ! We made a very large order, Pasta was dry and no flavor At all, it seemed like the pasta was left out for some time (old ) and they just threw in different bits for each portion ! one had salmon , another had chicken etc And they were all flavorless with no sauce and so dry ! The time was late around 21:00 but that’s no excuse for the pasta Not to be fresh - and yes we know the difference from Al Dente and dry old pasta -For example the chicken Curry as said on the menu had nothing in it but dry pasta and chicken (no cheddar , no mustard and cream )! All portions had similar problems - It’s a pity because seeing the other reviews, we had higher hopes ! Sorry...

Chiken curry pasta had zero curry flavour, 4 cheese pasta was inedible... the pasta is not cooked well, it's raw but also too soft?! Not good at all. Service was questionable. Finally, a combination of affordable restaurant and delicious pasta. We got a brocco pollo and a carbonara pasta 👌🏽 Portion is good, we did not manage to eat it all.
