This business not only runs a cafe but boats for rent, renting it out for a whole day or couple hours.
We ended up staying for their delicious Pitas and ice cold drinks in the heated sun. Their Pitas were perfect, tasted amazing no doubt and the service was spot on.
Communication with them was pretty good, really friendly people, you can even have an actual conversation with them and enjoy it.
The reason I say this is because some people don’t bother making conversation with their customers or just don’t know how to. But their English was well-spoken, even had a couple of good laughs.
We rented a boat for the next day from them, for 4 hours it was €50 and of course after you would pay for how much fuel you used. In 4 hours we just about nearly half of the tank, which was under €15. We did arrive late than what we had booked in for, but they did write it down as a bit later so we didn’t lose any time.
They trained us how to use the boats and everything we needed to know, and before long we was driving the boat out to further water. It was worth it, you could visit every beach that was hard to get to or just a hassle to get down towards. It wasn’t hard to use the boat and it was more fun that way. The water from above the boat was amazing, you had perfect views all around, there was a limit as to how far off you can go to the sides but it was far enough to enjoy what we could get to.
This business is really nice if you just want to sit back and enjoy the heat with a couple ice cold drinks or just have something to eat. We did see that they was adding more shades to the beach so if you’re planning to go there soon, there should be more straw...
Read moreThere is a big organisational problem here, combined with a misunderstanding of customer service basics. Someone brings you the menu, but that same person cannot also take orders, no matter how simple. Someone else then comes to take the order, but they need to first grab their tablet. Then if you need, for example, no bacon in the omelette, they need to find the specific special input in the system. Someone else then brings the order to your table, who has no idea who had what…it is a mess. We order 3 omelettes, one without bacon. Two arrive, we ask if one of them is without bacon, the girl shrugs her shoulders, we check both and see that they both have bacon and assume the third will be without. It arrives and also has bacon, so we send it back. The omelette goes back and forth a couple of times between the table and the kitchen and in the end, after confirming twice that all three had bacon, the omelette comes for a third time to our table with a rather angry waitress asking us to prove that the others had bacon (the entire thing took some time, the first two omelettes were eaten by now). What do you mean “prove”? Ridiculous and horrible experience. The food was not even good....
Read moreThey are renting sunbeds for 20€ per set. We came here and paid with 50€, then we found another 20€ in our pockets and wanted to pay with 20€, but the boy working at the beach didn‘t want the 20€, he took 50€. We then waited for our 30€ change but he didn‘t come back. When we asked for our change he laughed at our face and said that he already gave us 30€, which he didn‘t. That‘s justso embarrassing ripping people off for 30€ and ruining their holidays. The two women who are his bosses (?) said that they would count his money and give us back the 30€. They didn’t give us...
