Sebastians Beach — Restaurant in Municipality of Chania

Firstly the map location is incorrect, its further along by Lifeguard Station 5. Ate here last night, firstly it is a beautiful location and we received some warm welcome. We were waited on very quickly and the drinks and food arrived quickly. Felt we were a bit missold a starter and bottle of water just by the waitress asking.if we wanted bread and water when we ordered. All in all it was a nice meal, we had a moussaka, fried calamari, carbonara and a stifado. All the meals were nice. During the meal, unfortunately, the music from the next restaurant/bar kicked off. Initially it was a rather pleasant piano but then the guy started singing as well. Perhaps if the songs he chose had been in his vocal range it would have been ok. After 20 mins or so a guy the other side started up with a guitar and singing, felt like they were competing to see who could assault our ears the most. We sat for some time without anyone attending to us after we had finished our meals and when we asked for we were brought it along with a small jug of Raki and a slice of Orange pie, which was delicious. If you are looking for a nice quiet romantic location for a meal, Sebastians is the place. Came in at €66 as well...

Just a disgusting experience. Ive ordered stuffed calamari and got a fried. I said fine its an honest mistake ill just eat it. My wife ordered the lamb and received it with at least 10 hairs. We complained and they said they will fix it. Not a freaking sorry. She then got another one with hair. I bet my life they just removed a few pieces and brought it out again. We said we will pay but not for the dish with hair. They brought the bill and it included the dish with hair. We said we are paying only for the hairless food. Awful experience throughout they never said sorry and were very rude. The rest of the restaurants we picked so far were really good but this one avoid!!! I hope these people eat food with hair when they eat out with...

Sebastian's Beach Bar is an absolute gem and made our day at the beach completely perfect. What really sets this place apart is the incredibly warm and attentive service.
