I hope this message finds you well. I am writing to express my extreme disappointment with the dining that we recently had at your restaurant . I must say that in all my years of dining out, I have never encountered such abysmal service.

From the moment we walked in, we felt unwelcome. The attitude and demeanor of your staff were simply unacceptable. Notably, the server with an eye problem (whose name I regretfully did not catch) demonstrated a level of rudeness and indifference that I have rarely witnessed in any dining establishment. It was clear that our presence was an inconvenience to him.

Throughout the course of our meal, we repeatedly attempted to get the attention of our server to address various issues, but our efforts were met with blatant disregard. It was as if we were invisible. This type of treatment is utterly unacceptable and has left a lasting negative impression on all of us.

While I must admit that the food we ordered was quite delicious, I regret to inform you that the overwhelmingly poor service overshadowed any positive aspects of our dining experience. The only thing we can take from this restaurant is the bad service and not the good food, unfortunately.

I believe in giving feedback constructively, and I sincerely hope that you take this complaint seriously. Our experience at your restaurant was far from what one would expect, and I urge you to investigate and address the issues we encountered. Customers should feel welcome and valued when dining at any establishment, and the service we received was a far cry from this standard.

The location perfect for sunset view and great look over the sea. Food was spectacular had the 10 course tasting menu. Atmosphere very cozy outdoors with good airflow. Service in the other hand was terrible. Maybe they had an off night so don't let this be your single reason why not to go. But from the start the waitress was really rude. Upon arriving she asked how many we said 4 she point us to a section and said sit anywhere. There was a nice table that was partially booth and the other side chairs. We sat down and she immediately came over and yelled that table is for six you have four. BTW it was the only table I. The section she pointed that would accomote us. The others were 2 tops. We explained that to us so she immediately said to sit in the other section which was the exact same setup as the one we were in. All two tops and the bench set for 6-8. When I pointed this out to her she said to sit at this six top. Which we thought funny as it was the same as the other side she didn't want us sitting at. Anyhow the 10 course tasting menu consist of some really good food but since the dishes were just placed on the table with no explanation I cannot tell you what we had. Sad such a great place with such terrible service.

Oh and they have cats that will keep you company as well. Which I liked but some.may find...
