Black Pepper Steak House — Restaurant in Municipality of Chersonissos

They got us in there was a lovely view but that’s where the good experience stopped… I went in there with my two young children who were thirsty. They sat us down it took them 40 minutes until they asked us what we wanted to drink. We ordered our main at that time too as we had plenty of time to think about it.. it then took another 20 minutes to bring our drinks out and when they came they forgot the children’s water. Another half hour goes by and many people have come and gone at this point. So we voice our opinion to the staff and we get told we aren’t priority as we aren’t staying at the hotel. I mean it’s not like we are paying less for the dinner? Anyway dinner comes out the chips are undercooked the pizza has no tomato base it’s just thick cheese which my children just couldn’t stomach. And the chicken gyros was not edible. The family next to us left before their drinks came out as they had waited an hour already. I wouldn’t recommend anybody go to this place. There are so many other nice places who actually appreciate...

Avoid... we went for food last night. Service was extremely slow. The food was really poor. We ordered starters. tatziki, garlic bread and grandpa's meatballs - the meatballs didn't turn up till the main course, these didn't taste nice at all my main course Lamb kebabs were raw in the middle so I sent them back, I had eaten 1 when I realised half way through the 2nd that it was raw and not cooked. they offered to cook me more but I refuse, however they sent these to the table anyway, I sent them back when the bill came we were just told the amount, as my husband was paying I questioned had the kebabs been removed from the bill and was told no as I had eaten one. I challenged this as I felt it was not my fault they were raw and was told they cooked me more. The rest of the food we had ordered wasn't the best either and we left quite a lot of the food. the only thing nice eas the view but you can get that in all the restaurants along the beach and get far better food. Me and my family came here because it was beautiful place to eat along the shoreline, we ordered and got our food but it was horrible, the chicken in the spaghetti was cooked in water and just thrown in the spaghetti it was bland, the spaghetti itself was also bland I think they forgot to add salt when cooking they just threw so much cheese on the spaghetti to give it a lil taste. And that was not even the most horrible part!! 2 of us ordered an chicken wrap and the chicken was literally rotten 🤮🤢 and they still cooked it and served it in a wrap they probably thought we couldn’t notice because it was a wrap but it smelled horrible like an dead animal rotting. Then we actually asked one of the staff member to sniff it and she refused!! Proof that they knew it was rotten⚠️ These people are disgusting...
