Memories Pizzeria — Restaurant in Municipality of Chersonissos

To be honest, I don’t even know where to begin. Today we were left very disappointed. Let me start with the good: the girl on the phone and the courier were incredibly polite and friendly. The order was delivered quickly - thank you very much for that.

Unfortunately, the dishes themselves did not live up to expectations. There were no issues with freshness - everything was quite fresh. However, the quality left much to be desired. The Caesar salad was about 60% tomatoes, whereas the base should be green lettuce. I’m not a big fan of tomatoes and didn’t expect there to be so many of them.

In addition, I found a sharp bone in the fried cheese in batter. I have no idea how it could have ended up there, but the fact remains. It was unpleasant and completely ruined the impression of the entire order.

I really didn’t want to write a negative review, but unfortunately, this experience turned out to be too...

EVADE AT ALL COSTS! ΜΕΙΝΕ ΜΑΚΡΙΑ! The quality of the food is atrocious and tasteless! Got their signature pizza with rotten tomates and no taste at all, due to the very poor quality of ingridients and badly handled. Service kind but disappeared after serving us. Owners sitting playing with their mobile phones without even asking about our experience with the place empty... no wonder though. If you're looking for decent food, evade at all costs. ΝΤΡΟΠΗ! Πήραμε 2 αραβικές μια γύρο χοιρινό και μια γύρο κοτόπουλο και στην φωτογραφία έδειχνε ότι έχει και πατάτες μέσα. Παίρνει τηλ με λέει ότι τελικά δεν έχει πατάτες , είχα ήδη πληρώσει μέσω efood όποτε λέω νταξει λογικα θα έχει μπόλικο κρέας μέσα (όπως δείχνει κ στη φωτο) όποτε κλαιν οι πατάτες. Εν τέλη ήρθε αυτό το πραμα που βλέπετε, μινιόν μερίδα που για κανα 5χρονο καλά είναι , για 2 ενήλικες να φάνε από ένα τέτοιο όχι. Ήρθε σε συσκευασία λες και θα φάμε μακαρόνια και ήταν μια λεπτή αραβική (μισή ούτε καν ολόκληρη) με πολύ λίγη ποσότητα κρέατος μέσα καμία σχέση με την εικονα, πατημένη στη τοστιέρα λες και παραγγειλα από κανα μπραντσαδικο. Πραγματικά η κάμερα το αδικεί γιατι είναι πολύ μικρότερο αποτι φαίνεται. Ελεος νιώθω ότι με κλέψανε γιατι για 6 ευρώ δεν είναι αυτό το πραμα και με 12 ευρώ που δώσαμε περιμέναμε έστω κάτι να μας χορτάσει. Θα με πεις χωριό είναι μη περιμένεις πολλά, αλλά ίσα ίσα για χωριό ειναι πολύ γύφτικη ποσότητα , συνήθως στα χωρια οι μερίδες ειναι πολύ μεγαλύτερες. Και καμία σχέση με τις ποσότητες και τις τιμές του υπόλοιπου Ηρακλείου και εδώ πρώτη φορά το βλεπω τέτοιο πραμα. Αποφύγετε το συγκεκριμένο προϊόν , για τα υπόλοιπα δεν γνωρίζω αλλά αυτο ειναι απαγορευτικό. Από γεύση δεν ήταν κακό αλλά ούτε και κάτι τρομερό, το ντελιβερι γρήγορο. Αλλά και παλι ρε συ , 12...
