Nótos — Restaurant in Municipality of Festos

Bad experience with the pita gyros. I felt disturbed from the beginning, when the waiter came to take the order. I’ve ordered vegetarian gyros, and I’ve got with pieces of meat inside. I’ve choose to ignore it to not ruin my vibe. I continued to eat until I’ve seen this. When I went to ask what it this, the waiter got very angry and his attitude was very rude, and said to me “use your brain”. Fortunately, the lady (boss as she said) which was preparing the gyros, she was very kind and sad for the waiter for his attitude to the customers.

The argument which was given to me, was that it’s from the bread one the grill…. Also, the prices are too high for what they serves. I cannot give more...

Scam and Dirt !

Starting with the fact that the place is dirty. Yellow table cloths with meet crumbs on it. Order taken by a grumpy guy. Food came without drinks or cutlery. Wine served in a plastic ! Bottle that haven’t seen cleaning in quite a long time. Absolutely disgusting !

Tried to pay with card and transaction got apparently rejected as the guy was pressing on the cancel button. Paid with cash after all and found out that transaction by card was accepted. Had a lovely time coming back there asking them why the hell they scam people. Of course...

Absolutely amazing experience at Notos in Matala! Angela and her son are incredibly warm and welcoming, making you feel right at home from the moment you step in. Their pita gyros, whether pork or chicken, are hands down the best I've ever had. The flavors are out of this world, and the quality is top-notch. Highly recommend this place for anyone looking to enjoy a delicious meal. Don't miss out on this...
