If you're looking for a delicious and hearty brunch spot in Athens, look no further than Mama Says. Our group of five ordered a variety of dishes including the Croque Madame, Pancakes, Club Sandwich, and Strapatsada, and every single one was a hit!

The Club Sandwich was enormous, easily enough to keep you full for hours, and the Strapatsada was rich, fresh, and perfectly complemented by the feta. The pancakes were cooked to perfection, fluffy and satisfying, while the Croque Madame hit all the right notes. We also each ordered a cold chocolate, which was smooth, rich, and full of flavour.

While it's slightly pricier than some other meals we had in Athens, it’s still great value by UK standards and absolutely worth it for the quality and portion sizes.

There’s plenty of seating both indoors and outdoors, and the staff provided menus in both Greek and English, making it super accessible for tourists.

The place is cute and has fast service. At night it's dark and the only light comes from candles they light up on every table. I think it's a nice place for a date and a morning coffee. I went there with my friends and we had a nice time. I got a snicker triffle which was super tasty, but the portion was enormous so I really struggled to eat it all. My friends got pancakes. They really messed up bringing the right ones. Two times actually. They asked for pancakes with banana and white praline and they brought with nutella and Oreo. My friends asked for new ones and they apologized and brought new ones. But they missed again, this time bringing something that wasn't even on the menu, lol. In the end they got it right. (Only my experience) About lunch time (Monday) few locals sitting over there frappe's. Ordered a Alpha and it was delicious as expected. Lets have another one the reviews are great. (The 2nd beer) It was like the first beer of the day from the tap, that gone off taste. No bubbles, Luke warm. Could not believe it as the Greeks are spot on with there beers I've had a few over the years. So I'm thinking how is this possible?
