DO NOT STAY HERE. We arrived in Athens and went directly to the property at 7pm and went to check into our room but there was someone else’s things in our room. We immediately left and called the property but no one answered for over 5 hours and there was no staff present at the property. After finally returning our messages it turned out the property had given us the wrong room number and room code so we had unknowingly walked right into someone else’s room by mistake. Then after attempting to cancel our reservation and paying for a different hotel nearby the fits living told us that they would approve a refund. It was later that our travel agent told us that they were denying the refund and refused to respond to any messages about giving us our money back for their mistake. THE FITS LIVING WILL SCAM YOU and try to take your money regardless if they make a mistake or not. They would rather you sleep outside and not respond to the phone than give you your money back. Be prepared to deal with extremely difficult staff in the very limited hours of operation. Would never go...
Read moreThe worst accommodation experience we have ever had in all our years of traveling. The construction of this hotel is by far the worst we have ever encountered: essentially, all the rooms are connected and separated only by a thin sheet of drywall. There is absolutely no soundproofing, so you can hear everything from the neighboring room. In our case, there was apparently a woman working as an escort next door, as every single night we had to listen to loud noises and voices ALL NIGHT LONG, along with the door opening and closing constantly. Clearly, this place attracts questionable types of clients. Overall, it is a complete scam, and our biggest mistake was booking directly —had we booked through Booking.com, we would have been entitled to compensation. Thankfully, we quickly found a proper hotel nearby that solved all these...
Read moreThis was a very nice place to stay in. The room was very clean and everything was looking like new. I'd like to inform you about a few things: A. You have self check in after 18:00, the information will be provided but there is no emergency number to call in case of any issues. B. The hotel it's not close to a metro station. The distance may seem close but the station is uphill. You can take a bus to the station though. The bus stop is very close to the hotel. Also, I suggest you to buy the 5 day card for 8 euro, and you will have full access to the buses metro and trams (except the route to the airport). C. There are a couple of souvlaki/kebab restaurants on the Imitou avenue in front of the hotel. I suggest you...
