I give a high value to the fact of having kitchen to cook as if at home. So the Apartment counts with this. The kitchen is rather well equipped. I would add some mat to protect the table (in my case i carried one with me just in case) . The refrigerator is big, there Is coffee machine, electric boiler , stove, oven, enough plates, glasses, etc. I asked for spounge and dish detergent cause as i cook my dinner i like of course to clean the dishes by myself, and the personal at the front desk provided it for me. ||The bed room had a Security box , which is a positive Point.||The living room is rather comfortable.||The personal at the front desk is very kind , Nicos helped me to find a place to Repair my luggagge which had arrived broken; Vangelis helped with the resetting of the wi fi at some opportuniy ; then there is Penny and two more functionaries (a man and a woman - Sorry that i don t remember their names now, but all very kind people, they received an order i had posted by internet and they gave it to me as i came back after going around all day).||The cleaning personal is very kind too, and they do their work well, all is clean. ||The location is very suitable , 5 minutes walking from Metro Station Evangelysmus, so one can arrive directly from the airport by the blue Line in 30 or 40 minutes (dont remember the exact time ).||There are some museums close to the Apart Hotel too, but i ve left them for my next visit. || Lively places like Syntagma Square and Monastiraki , Acropole Museum , are all at one or 2 Metro Stations or even one can Walk 30 minutes.||There is an excellent supermarket (Bazaar) at 5 minutes walking , one can find there all that one needs.||The hotel offers breakfast paying a supplement, but i can t comment on that, cause i ve chosen to cook my breakfast at the Apartment , as if i were at home.||Summarizing , i think this is a nice and convenient place to stay in Athens, which i was fortunate to find being it my first...

Located a 6-7 minute walk from the closest metro (Evangelismos). On hot summer days this walk is almost too long. A couple of nice places to eat nearby. Also a kiosk right outside the hotel entrance and a Starbucks 250m away.
Since this is one of the cheaper hotels in the area I'd say you get right about what you pay for.
Friendly service Clean room Fast internet & good wi-fi signal Room toward backyard is quiet Good AC (regulating temperature is easy)
Noisy toilet (Sounds like Darth Vader breathing through the night) Bathroom floor gets flooded after a shower (Floor drain doesn't drain effectively) Beds have wheels (impossible to sit upright against headboard) Power panel, with three red lights, is located in front of bed (easy visible while trying to sleep) Empty mini-bar Rat(s) observed in the breakfast area during guest's morning meal (Hotel staff called every room and apologized. Neighbouring house's construction site was blamed) Backyard view is mostly of concrete walls Room has bad ventilation (AC alone isn't enough to remove air humidity) No...
Read moreWhile we had a nice stay at the hotel, and the rooms are quite roomy, there are a few things lacking.
-There is a kitchen and dishes, but nothing to clean them with. No sponge. No dish towel.
-A microwave and coffee maker on the kitchen, but nowhere to plug it in. I mean what is the point of having these things if there is NO outlet for them???
-No facial tissues
-While it was nice to have the room cleaned, it was not nice that the electricity is shut off after they leave. There is a key card that turns the power on for the room and housekeeping takes it out when they are done. This only happens in Southeast Asia. This is Greece.
-The beds are two singles put together with no middle cover. They actually make up the beds as two singles and push them together. To make matters worse, the beds are on wheels, that don't lock, so of you like to sleep close to your partner it is awful. Just get some queens.
Overall, it was a nice stay, but this hotel could do better. The location...
