Amarena — Restaurant in Municipality of Kissamos

Avoid. We were the only clients at 4pm and it took them 40 minutes to prepare a single waffle after the waitress ensured us it’s “coming right away”. The ice cream was good, but the service was lacking. To top it off, we paid cash and the waitress shortened us on the change too, basically tipping herself.

Edit: upon the response I got from the cafe, I did actually double check and we were at Amarena, not the cafe next door. If they were not open at 4, no one told us and we were still seated and served,...

This is probably the best dessert I've ever eaten in my entire life. I've been here in 2016, 2017 and now again 2021 and it's always as good as always. Amazing! I can't wait to try again the...

Wer leckeren Kuchen oder Eis sucht ist hier richtig. Beim Kuchen merkt man dass es sich um Konditor-Ware handelt und nicht um Fertigkuchen oder Tiefkühlware.

Die Portionen sind ordentlich und die Preise für die Menge die man bekommt völlig ok.

Die Kuchen sind übrigens ziemlich süß, was aber bei griechischem Kuchen ganz normal ist.

Die Bedienung war übrigens sehr freundlich und flott.

Es gibt aber einen Punkt Abzug, da es keinen Sonnenschirm oder Sonnenschutz an den Tischen gibt. In der Mittagssonne ist ein Besuch also nicht...
