AMAZING!!! This is the best place to eat in Kissamos! From the best prosciutto pizza to the generous club sandwiches. Then you have the option to go to the fine dining ROOFTOP restaurant where the food and service are 5 star. The thing that makes this place special is the genuine friendly service where Adonis, his brother and Claudia and the rest of the team go the extra mile to provide a level of service above the rest. We also ate at the ROOFTOP Restaurant for our anniversary and Adonis arranged for a lobster all the way from Chania as they did not have locally as it was out of season. He did for us as we red lobster and it wasn’t even on the menu but he said he would do it for us and he delivered on his promise. Most restaurants would have just said sorry but not available. Now that is 5 star going the extra mile! Claudia was also such an amazing person with the biggest smile and you felt drawn to the restaurant due to the warmth of the welcome. They always remembered our names each time we returned. Cocktails were as good as you would find in any fine dining restaurant or 5 star hotel! You cannot recommend this place enough… try both the casual bar and cafe and the fine dining ROOFTOP restaurant for sure. The decor is cool and trendy which sets it apart from the rest. Lovely cozy place, stunning view by the sea - nothing in between - willing stuff, amazing kind and eager to satisfy the customer owner! Great dishes and amazing deserts, along with drinks, beverages and cocktails. Fantastic low prices for the quantity and quality of all plates!! Very clean place and thoroughly clean rest room. Ten stars for the overall season experience with a few recommendations - minor details! We ordered fruit salad a few times but - and that's a first for us - all fruit were room temperature, not cold. In our humble opinion and experience fruit salads ought to be cool and refreshing. We've eaten quite a lot of times very tasty and of high quality sandwiches accompanied with potatoes. Crunchy crispy potatoes, great taste, skin on and a fantastic spice all over them. But the past few times they've been replaced by another type of not so tasty and crunchy pre-prepared potatoes. First bad review we have ever left, normally all about the good ones! They started off badly getting the wrong drink, which I wasn't too worried about we then ordered 2 rib eye steaks and carbonara for our daughter. Price of steaks €29, on ordering were told they were actually €35, went ahead as we really fancied them. Food came, daughters carbonara was cold and already had a film on it, steak weren't seasoned at all, were over cooked (ordered medium) cold chips and only a side salad, for a €35 plate of food! No one came and asked us how our food was, which is very odd, my daughter ate our steaks as she likes hers overdone and was hungry after not eating the pasta. My wife half way through went to ask for the bill and gave some feedback. We got a half assed apology and charged full price.
