The place has a fantastic view, especially at sunset, and the atmosphere is incredible. However, I can't say the same for the service. The waiter clearly wasn't doing his job properly. We asked a few questions, but his responses were unsatisfactory. I specifically requested no rice, yet the dish came with rice. We ordered a mixed fish platter and lamb chops. Unfortunately, the calamari was tough and not tender. When I asked the waiter if this was normal, he responded by insisting they have the best calamari in town and suggested that perhaps I had never tried calamari before. We found the place on Google, lovely peaceful surroundings just out of Tigaki by the beach. The food was very good and very good value for money, we had a mixed grill for 2 that cost €19 euro and in town you could pay 28 euro for the same meal. We had a litre of the house white that was very drinkable for 8 euro. The staff were very attentive and actually suggested we didn't order so much because we probably couldn't eat it all, and he was right so their not after your cash but looking out for guests which was nice. So we had starters, Greek pitta, the mixed grill for 2 a desert and the 1ltr of wine and it came to €40 euro, great value really tasty food and good service, we will defo be back before we leave as we want to try the moussaka and ribs. Really disappointed. Been a few times over last few years with my parents and been OK but todays visit was very bad.

There were 3 of us just having drinks. The 2 young male waiters kept misunderstanding our orders over and over again. We were being very clear with our English.

Also could not understand we wanted a bowl of nuts for table. Wrong drinks came. Bill was incorrect at end. All was really awkward.

Language barriers are easily overcome but this was something more. I actually felt unwelcome. They were both unfriendly and uninterested.

We paid up, left and very very sadly left for the last time after many visits over the years.
