Molon Labe — Restaurant in Municipality of Kos

Wir waren nach 3 Jahren wieder in Tigaki \ Kos und wollten bei einem Snack und einem Getränk ankommen. Es stellte sich heraus, dass Gregorys Molon Lave erst ein Jahr zuvor einen neuen Besitzer und Namen bekommen hatte, und die Bezeichnung "schneller Grill" wird dem Laden nicht gerecht. Service, Koch und Inhaber sind mehr als freundlich, zuvorkommend und das Essen ist lecker, günstig und schnell serviert. Von Omeletts und mehr zum Frühstück, über Salate, Burger und Fladenbrot mit Gyros oder Kebab aus Lamm und Kalb gibt es auch Hauptgerichte in großen Portionen und auch frisch gegrillten Fisch. Wir haben hier jeden Tag gegessen, ein Bier oder Ouzo getrunken, uns unterhalten und das Treiben auf dem Hauptplatz von Tigaki beobachtet. Abweichend von den hier angegebenen Öffnungszeiten ist das Restaurant von ca. 9 bis 22 Uhr, 23 bis 23 Uhr geöffnet. oder Mitternacht und Einheimische sitzen oft hier oder holen sich ihr Essen zum Mitnehmen und sie sollten wissen, wo der Preis und die Qualität stimmen. Absolute Empfehlung von uns! Verständigung unproblematisch, da gut Englisch und sogar etwas Deutsch gesprochen wird. Vielen Dank für die Gastfreundschaft, das gute Essen und für das Taxi zum Flughafen, Gregory und das Team. Wir sehen uns bald wieder und sind gespannt, wie sich das Restaurant bis dahin verändert hat.

We were back in Tigaki \ Kos after 3 years and wanted a snack and a drink to arrive. It turned out that Gregory's Molon Lave had only been given a new owner and name a year earlier, and the designation "fast grill" does not do the shop justice. Service, cook and owner are more than friendly, courteous and the food is delicious, inexpensive and served quickly. From omelets and more for breakfast, to salads, burgers and pita bread with gyros or kebabs made from lamb and veal, there are also main courses in large portions and also fresh grilled fish. We ate here every day, had a beer or ouzo, talked and watched the goings-on in the main square of Tigaki. Contrary to the opening times given here, the restaurant is open from around 9 a.m. to 10 p.m., 11 p.m. or midnight and locals often sit here or get their take-away food and they should know where the price and quality are right. Absolute recommendation from us! Communication unproblematic as good English and even some German is spoken. Many thanks for the hospitality, the good food and for the taxi to the airport, Gregory and the team. We'll see each other again soon and we're excited to see how the restaurant...

Went in there for a Burger, didn't expected much....boy was I wrong, Danni took my order and I ordered my burger how I like it...Lettuce, Tomatoe,Onion, Mayo,Ketchup, Mustard and crispy Bacon!!!!While I had my beer waiting on the Burger, The owner Gregorios walked around and greeted people when they came in, what a nice Guy. Mario behind the grill, prepared my Burger in the mean time, so the Burger came and I took my 1st bite and I was blown away, what an absolute delight, one of the "best Burgers" I've eaten in a long time!!!! And the price is definitely another big factor €4 for that Burger, I'll gladly paid. Good place,keep up the good and friendly...

Went here with my 2 teenage sons, they wanted to try traditional Greece food : Gyros.

The waiter talk too much a bit annoying me, at the end he asked me "where are you coming from?". We answered " the Netherlands", he said "no no no, you 3 from the Netherlands, I don't believe that".

It's rude that he answered like that. Bcoz of I a look like Chinese I can't be / impossible to be a DUTCH?

The food is fine, my boys not complaining. The owner hang a little basket on the sealing and food plates for the cats around the hood ❤ Very lovely...
