I cannot say enough to express how wonderful our experience was and it truly is an experience rather than just a delicious meal. Service was impeccable and I feel guilty for not remembering names but the two young ladies who were serving were very accommodating and knowledgeable. They were able to make small changes to meet my dietary preferences and explained every dish connecting ingredients to local areas. We tried both degustation menus so got to sample every dish and every single one blew us away. The amuse bouche at the start was unexpected and the freshly baked bread... i can't remember what the dark loaf was but i will never forget it's taste served with their homemade butter. Located inside the Aqua Blue hotel, my experience with this restaurant was very positive. The tomato starter I took was delicious, and so was the rib eye. The final dessert, “Chocolate Theme” had a good taste but was in my opinion too sweet. Maybe using darker chocolate could’ve been a better idea? I don’t know, maybe could’ve been just me. I asked for the bartender to give me a random non alcoholic cocktail, and it tasted great! The place is very nice and has a good atmosphere.
