Sunrise — Restaurant in Municipality of Kos

LATEST UPDATE: Sept 2023 Yet again , a very warm welcome and great food and drinks. We visited 3 more times during our week's stay and discovered the best shrimp saganki ( large prawns if you're from the UK !) . Beer and cocktails brilliant! UPDATE : We are coming back to Kos end of August (in 2 weeks , 2023) this taverna will be one of the first we will visit !! My sister visited a few weeks ago and was given a warm welcome and thoroughly enjoyed her meal .. Looking forward to seeing you again Steve and Kath

One of the little gems of our Kos stay , opposite the south bus terminus , with 20 mins to kill , we popped in for a quick drink . We missed 5 buses , ate brilliant food and drank excellent cocktails ( my wife said the best she'd had ). All at very reasonable prices. Better than our all inclusive hotel any day. Me and my Girlfriend have been to this wonderful cafe/Restaurant nearly everyday on our Holidays.

I cannot recommend Sunrise enough, their food is outstanding, we had really tasty Pizzas and Beautifully made Greek Salads. There is such a Diverse menu with something for everyone from traditional Greek Food, Sandwiches and comfort foods, you will not regret your time at Sunrise 🙂.

All of the Juices and Mocktails (We've tried them all at this point 🤣) at Sunrise are made fresh and taste out of this world 🌎.

We ate here twice on our holiday in June 2024. It’s one of the first big restaurants you come across on the front, beautiful views over looking the sea. The lady who owns it is so very polite and you can see the passion she has for her business and has been running it a very long time. There’s nothing you can’t find on this menu it has everything on it and even if there isn’t they will accommodate you and change it for you. The food is lovely and well presented and what’s more I have to say it was excellent value for money been much cheeper than most of the restaurants we went to. I can highly recommend...
