The first time we went to the beautiful island of Kos we stayed at a different hotel but saw another couple dropped off here and thought the location was spot on, very central..so we booked again and had 10 nights here. We loved it so much we booked again for 14 nights (and have booked again for next year!) The hotel is right on the sea with all rooms having private sea facing balconies. The breakfasts are a very high quality and offer a wide choice of food. and there was always seats available at breakfast. Whilst there's no pool you can use the facilities at the sister hotel but you have the greatest pool to swim in.... the sea!!! We loved sitting on the balcony watching the yachts and katamarans that were moored up outside with the twinkling lights of Turkey (Bodrum) across the water. The staff are amazing and we would like to thank them all, especially the lady on the reception who remembered us and gave us a very warm welcome and the lady who cleaned our room who always greeted us with a beautiful 'Kalimera', It was so great to be reunited with our Greek friends (both human and furry!) Kos has rapidly become our favourite destination. The people are incredibly warm, kind, generous and hospitable and always want to feed you up, give you ouzo and raki and talk to you. After seeing all the people who visit the island throughout the season, it was very special to be remembered and treated like old friends. If I could give this hotel ten out of five I would. |Efcharisto and look forward to seeing...

Let’s start with the location of the hotel, as it is built directly by the sea. If during your stay you are given a room with a sea view, the scenery is simply magical. As for the room I was assigned, it was fairly spacious for a double, featuring a large bathroom and a big desk if you need to work during your stay. However, the drawbacks I encountered outweighed the positives. The supposed double bed was actually two single beds that couldn’t be fully pushed together, leaving an awkward gap in the middle where you could easily find yourself slipping into during the night. Additionally, the bed frame creaked with every movement, which made sleeping quite uncomfortable.

The room’s furniture—entirely wooden—was noticeably old and worn. While the bathroom was decent overall, the bathtub was a challenge. Getting into it required either being two meters tall or holding on to something to avoid losing your balance while stepping over the edge. The soundproofing in the rooms was extremely poor. I could hear everything happening in the hallway and even in the neighboring rooms. On a positive note, the breakfast was excellent. Overall, my experience was far from ideal, especially considering this was a business trip where I sought peace and rest. While the hotel’s beautiful location and proximity to the sea were commendable, they were unfortunately not enough to make up for the...

Every room has a sea view…brilliant. Nice little balcony with table and two chairs. The balcony has a clear fence/railing so your seated view is unimpeded…also brilliant. Room is clean lines, modern, very attractive. Big glorious windows to capture the view, but also a mechanical shade if you don’t want morning sun. Wonderful and helpful reception, good breakfast buffet where you can dine inside or out with the lovely view. Pool privileges at sister hotel. Excellent location in the nicest part of Kos town, very close to Agora and Hippocrates tree, architectural museum. A bit farther but walkable to the denser section of cheesy tourist shops. Bike and motorbike rentals a 3 minute walk away at Safety Bikes. Only one complaint…the bathtub/shower accessibility. You must step over a tall tub wall (well above my knee) to enter the shower, with no grab bar. The bottom of the tub can be slippery. I found it precarious. Next time I’d ask about a bath mat or use a towel in the tub, but you still have to climb in with nothing to hold for balance. The bathroom looks very nice, but a grab bar or two would aid safety of entering and exit. There is a very low grab bar that might help you get up if you were...

Good accommodation, nice views, but the bloody awful music that’s playing constantly until the early hours of the morning prevents a good nights sleep and simply destroys a nice holiday. With music playing from the hotel itself and the bar next door, the clashing tunes provide a head pounding ache that would be lovely if just wasn’t there. Sound proof your rooms for the courtesy of your guests or just cut the wires of your speakers because music is unnecessary at this time of night especially when there is very few people sitting outside. Keeping everyone of all ages awake at night including children, meaning people sleep in to recover from the awful night of sleep (if we got any) making the cleaners jobs more difficult as they have to come back at all hours of the day and people miss their breakfast which they payed money for. (As you can see in the photo provided there is 2 people sitting outside, close to the speakers as well, the music this loud at this time is simply not needed with this amount of customers.)
