Lotos Taverna — Restaurant in Municipality of Malevizi

We started our day at their sunbeds in the beach. When you order a drink you don't have to pay the seat and umbrella. The waiter was very kind and gave us time to decide what we wanted. The beach is clean and sandy ☺️

After our swim we decided to have dinner there too the prices are ok but it isn't the best dinner I have ever had. The Saganaki wasn't as fresh as in other places, as well as our pizza (in other places you can taste the freshness of the ingredients) and the grilled zucchinis where fried instead (on the grill it's way tastier). The positive side is that you have nice sea view and once again the waiters serve you fast with a smile on their face 😊 We also got offered Raki and a sweet at the end which is a lovely gift!

If they would upgrade a little bit more the freshness of the food I would give them 5 stars because overall we had...

We were 2 persons fir dinner and decided for two different pork meals. One had good meat, the other with pork souvlaki was not so good with mostly fat. For both dishes there were standard sides with some pre bought salad and rice. The sides were terrible and felt like pre cooked a day or two before. I git a nice draught beer but when my partner ordered a Dry Martini she got a small glass only with Martini Bianco. The bartender knew nothing about drinks. Thisee who know make it with gin and Vermouth......... On the cocktail card a Margarita is on tequila and lime.... the obviously have no clue about hiw to make this famous cocktail. The first impression of the restaurant is quite good as you walk past it on the beach.

It is not available from the main street, you have to walk down a small road to get there, but they have a large sign telling you where to go.

The area is nice, although it is like all the other restaurants around. Nothing special.

Service was kind of half-assed. No one asked us if we needed anything or how it tasted.

The toilets didn't have toilet seats, not for men, or women. Which made it quite uncomfortable when you had to go.

The food was not anything special, they had fresh fish and everything else you'd expect from a restaurant here, but the taste seemed bland and underseasoned.

With the fish you get rice with vegetables and potatoes, no sauce. It seemed like no one cared when they made this.

All in all, not a place...
