Grand The Garden — Restaurant in Municipality of Malevizi

I was looking for a place to eat lunch. Reading all the reviews I decided this is the right place. It wasn’t. I ordered pizza and burgers. If you like frozen pizza from the supermarket… this place is great for you. You will get one for +10€. The burger… a lot of people wrote that this was the best burger they eat ever. Maybe it’s the only burger they eat ever. That’s why it’s the best. Burger was ok ish. Not too bad, not great. Meat could be cooked slightly better but it was ok. The place looks pretty, but the service was not very great. When entering it took a while for someone to see us and when we asked if we could sit somewhere, the staff member looked very angry at us.

At the table was a QR code so we scanned it. 5 Minutes later someone put a menu on the table without saying something and immediately walking away. Staff didn’t communicate as we were asked several times if we had made a choice.

Drinks were acceptable, but could be better. Tables were left uncleaned for quite a while after...

The place looks and feels like you are stuck in 1993, the food is unoriginal and bland. The waiting staff barely notice you when you enter and are as engaging as an empty wall.

Unfortunately the only thing on the menu worth a damn is the draft beer.

They play western pop music, which is a nice break from the stereotypical Mediterranean noise that eats away at your ears.
