CANNOT BELIEVE WHAT JUST HAPPENED, THE WORST AND MOST UNCOMFORTABLE RESTAURANT EXPERIENCE IN MY LIFE.

The experience we had there today was nothing we could ever expect. I have never seen nor experienced service like that in any restaurant in my LIFE.

At the beginning all started good. The restaurant was busy and we were waiting for a table. The staff brought the extra table for us to the outside area. To be honest, we found that very nice and we were planning to give them a tip before we even ordered. We were pleased to sit down and look at the menu. After a while of waiting a different waiter came who looked like the manager or owner of the restaurant and we were happy to order the food.

However, I wanted to ask a question about one of their main dishes and this is when it all started. I got the most RUDE response I have ever received in my life from this extremely unprofessional waiter who again seemed to be a manager or the owner.

I asked him what Pancetta was as I did not know and he just repeated what does it say, what does it say! I was really confused and thought maybe he misunderstood the question so I pointed at the pancetta in the menu I was asking about and AGAIN he said WHAT DOES IT SAY, WHAT DOES IT SAY at this stage both my partner and I knew it’s not that he didn’t understand but he was in fact being very very rude, I immediately felt embarrassed and uncomfortable and just froze.

My fiance noticed this and said to the waiter in a surprisingly calm manner that I was just asking a question and there is no need to be rude and straight away he became even more aggressive and rude! He pointed around to show that he didn’t have time as the restaurant was full and then quickly said to both of us to leave the restaurant and commented to my fiance, “now this is me being rude”. We were both super shocked and got up and left and people around were looking, it was a really weird and uncomfortable situation and have never experienced anything like this. The person was probably in his 50s and has a pony tail (long curly hair)

I am not sure if locals read this but if you are a traveler or tourist and looking for a restaurant I would highly recommend not to visit this place. I still can’t believe...

My fiance and I are still shocked and felt that I needed to also add my review to this restaurant.

After a really nice day in our holiday we were super excited to go to dinner at what we thought was was a traditional Greek restaurant. When we went to place our order we were served by what looked to be the manager or owner of the restaurant as he was an older man with long hair not wearing what the other waiters were wearing and looked to be giving orders to other waiters hence thought he was of authority.

My partner simply asked a question about the menu and the waiter abruptly said "what does it say, what does it say!" at first we both thought maybe its a miscommunication thing but after she pointed to the point in the menu to assist him he said again WHAT DOES IT SAY, WHAT DOES IT SAY at this stage we both knew he was being very aggressive and rude and I saw my fiances face and could tell that she was super uncomfortable and embarrassed and I said to this person in a calm way as I was just as shocked at what just happened and didn't fully process it. I said to the waiter that she was just asking a question there is no need to be rude he then pointed around the restaurant showing its busy and got immediately aggressive and told us to get out and said this is now me being rude. Yes, he actually kicked my partner and I out of the restaurant. We could not believe it and still cannot believe it and there were people all around. I am happy we took the mature route and didn't cause even more of a scene as this person was absolutely terrible.

I wish I scrolled down the reviews before going to this restaurant as I truly believe a lot of reviews here are fake paid reviews however if you scroll down the real reviews are revealed. Horrible service and food! First off, it took someone forever to acknowledge us (which should have been our first hint at what service would be like there); so when we were, we ordered immediately. Once we received our food (a long while later), my fiancé noticed after biting into his steak that it was not cooked. At all. I could understand if this was a nice filet (or cut of meat) that merely needed to be seared on each side, but no. He has asked for it to be cooked well done and it was (I can't think of another way to describe it) gooey... like congealed fat. Not cooked AT all. Then of course when we look for someone to request that it be fixed- no one is to be found. After finally waving someone down (more than 15 minutes later since no one checked to see how we were liking our food), they cared zero that our food was undercooked and expected to be paid to flip the table.
