I have been to this restaurant with my wife, the good experience is only with the sea view, the food is not delicious and not worth the price listed, I ordered my dish, I can't eat even one bite. I asked the waiter that I don't like the test or the plate so I chose to change the dish. And I did withe a small one. After the check come, i found that they add the both price the old one that i did not like and the new one, the story start here, I asked the waiter to explain this conflict so he told me the manager order him to not take off the any order price from the pill even the one that I can't eat it because it tends like if it spoiling, I asked to call the manager so I hear from him. The manager came with the full of anger emotion and bad expression on his face. I just told him what happened, then he told me "no body enforced you to choose your order and if you don't like or the test is not good for whatever. It is your choice, it's normal if you don't like it and you have to be responsible for your choice and you have to pay your bill now" this was the action of the manager. I did not ask for anything I just told him what happens. Did not come to Mykonos for fight. I just want to spend a good time with my wife. So this is the manager of the restaurant and you can imagine how the waiters and other staffs will act withe their gust. I will not go to this restaurant or any place in Ornos. So I will not going to advice anyone of my friends to go there don't waste your time and money there. There are a lot of nice and good restaurants in Mykonos which are worth your time and what...
Read moreEating there left a bitter taste of having been ripped off and I cannot recommend the place. The food was good, and the decoration tasteful, but food was overpriced for what it was and staff did not go out of their way to make us feel welcome. We expected having to pay for the bread basket that was put on the table, but €20 for 8 slices of bread, some bread sticks and oil/aceto and a tomato paste that tasted like ketchup was a tad steep. When we enquired whether they had a kids' menu or smaller portions of their mains for our eight-year old, we were told that they don't do smaller portions shortly and dismissively. It was not clear why they would not accommodate younger children either - we then ordered chicken with rice and pumpkin (which they did replace with tomatoes when we asked) which could have easily been made into a smaller size, but I guess then they would not be able to charge €22 for it, so clearly this must be the driving force here. Didn't help that the background music was an erratic and completely outdated mix that did nothing to create a cozy atmosphere. So, overall not a great experience and really left us wishing we had gone...
Read moreKu zi na use to be my “go to “ ever since it opened. And I would always recommend it because I couldn’t fault it.
This year the service was terrible. The staff was rude and not Vibing. Usually they have amazing friendly staff that are upbeat and willing to cater to the best of their ability. The waitress was rude arrogant and just couldn’t be bothered being there. Not Knowing I knew how to speak, Greek, they would backstab the clientele .Every time I ask a question about the menu,it was almost like she was annoyed. I have one food allergy, and I asked if the menu could be altered a little, and basically she said you get what you’re given on the menu. The food was not fresh this time and flavourless. I was really disappointed as I had brought a guest with me, and I really talked the place up. That is the last time I’ve gone to Kouzina this year. I’m here for six weeks, and I would’ve loved to have gone back because it use to be my favourite place. I must say on a whole Mykonos staff have a bad attitude this year. I always say, the staff reflect the owners. Good luck this year Mykonos. A lot of bad press and...
