Είμαι τακτικός πελάτης και έχω να πω τα καλύτερα λόγια για το Basfanar Koulour. Το προσωπικό είναι άψογο, με τον κύριο Θάνο να ξεχωρίζει για την ευγένειά του. Αξιοσημείωτο είναι επίσης ότι όλο το προσωπικό μιλάει άπταιστα αγγλικά, ενώ μία κυρία εξυπηρετεί και στα τουρκικά, δεδομένου ότι το κατάστημα εξυπηρετεί πολλούς Τούρκους τουρίστες. Είναι ιδιαίτερα σημαντικό ότι το κατάστημα είναι ανοιχτό τις αργίες και τις Κυριακές, όταν τα άλλα γύρω καταστήματα είναι κλειστά. Ως γνήσιος Μυτιληνιός, που μεγάλωσα στην περιοχή, μπορώ να επιβεβαιώσω ότι η δροσιά που προσφέρει ο χώρος όταν κάθεται κάποιος είναι σπάνια. Ένα από τα σχόλια που άκουσα είναι ότι ο κύριος Θάνος έχει μια ευγενική φυσιογνωμία που δεν θυμίζει τυπική Μυτιληνιά φάτσα. Προσωπικά, με άριστα το 5, βαθμολογώ το κατάστημα με 6! Gerçek bir Midillili olarak, bölgede büyüdüğüm için, oturduğunuzda mağazanın sunduğu serinliğin nadir olduğunu doğrulayabilirim. I am a regular customer and I have only the best things to say about Basfanar Koulour. The staff is impeccable, with Mr. Thanos standing out for his politeness. It is also noteworthy that all the staff speak fluent English, and there is even a lady who serves in Turkish, given that the shop caters to many Turkish tourists. It is particularly important that the shop is open on public holidays and Sundays, when other nearby shops are closed. As a true Mytilenean who grew up in the area, I can confirm that the coolness offered by the place when someone sits down is rare.
