An unforgettable Italian dining experience in Naxos
ETERE is truly a gem in the heart of Naxos Town. From the moment you arrive, you’re greeted with breathtaking views of the sea and an atmosphere that perfectly balances elegance and comfort. The food is absolutely exquisite — authentic Italian cuisine elevated with fresh local ingredients from Naxos. Every dish we tried, from the perfectly crisp pizza to the rich, creamy pasta, was bursting with flavor and beautifully presented.

Read moreEtere is a fantastic new addition to the heart of Naxos! The atmosphere is warm, elegant, and effortlessly stylish — the perfect setting for a relaxed yet refined dining experience. Every dish we tried was spot on, but the clear highlight was the Crema di Latte e Manzo — rich, flavorful, and beautifully presented.

A bit of a letdown considering how much we were looking forward to trying it. Still, the rest of the evening more than made up for it.
Definitely worth a visit — and we’ll be back (hopefully early enough next time to try...

The service took too long, the waitress/kitchen got the main and starter mixed up, the Bruschetta was bland, the bread obviously burnt black in places, the salad was really a pile of greens with a small amount of topping and not a great dressing, the pasta was proudly presented in a large pan that wasn’t warm and the pasta spread out across it so it was very quickly cold; the pasta was very al denté. The service is way too complicated with the waitresses carrying trays and folding serving tables and large black pepper grinders which we weren’t even offered and to catch the waitresses attention was a waste of time. The staff are in uniform that makes them look nurses or nuns. Great potential and trying to look very professional and Italian; we were very...
