This place just kept surprising us—in the best way possible! Our group was actually referred here by another local restaurant, so we decided to stop by on a packed Saturday night with no reservation. Despite the crowd, a warm and welcoming gentleman (wish I had caught his name) went out of his way to find us a table for five. His kindness and enthusiasm were infectious—you could tell he genuinely cared about the experience and took pride in the place.

And then… the food. Wow. Hands down the best meal I’ve had since arriving in Greece! We started with the tzatziki, which was incredibly fresh and flavorful, served with pita bread that was perfectly toasted and seasoned. Our server, Aphrodite, was outstanding— attentive, and clearly passionate about the menu. Her recommendations were spot on.

If you try one thing, let it be the Beef Scallopini with Greek pasta. I’m still dreaming about it. Rich, comforting, and bursting with flavor—it felt like a dish made with heart and tradition. There was something almost nostalgic about it, like a home-cooked meal passed down through generations.

We also shared the fried calamari, which was superbly crisp on the outside and tender inside—none of that rubbery texture you often find. Each bite practically melted in your mouth. And for dessert, the Orange Cake was unlike anything I’ve had before—light, fragrant, and absolutely delightful.

Beyond the food, the staff truly made the evening memorable. Joel, in particular, stood out—he made a genuine connection with our table, offering local tips and hidden gems to explore on Naxos. Despite how busy the restaurant was, he took the time to chat with us and made us feel like more than just customers.

We came here without a reservation hoping they’d have room and they were able to give us one of the last unreserved tables. This restaurant was repeatedly recommended in a Greece Facebook group and it did not disappoint!

We ordered the mixed grill plate, side order of tzatziki and the house red. On every island we’ve been to we have went to one of the top rated restaurants and ordered a “mixed meat grill” plate and this one was by far THE BEST. The sausage and burger had so much flavour I have no idea what they put into it to make it so yummy! The rest of the meat was tender and delicious and it comes with some pita. It did also come with a small side of tzatziki, but not enough if you like to have it with your pita as well as some meat. So we got the order of tzatziki and the waiter brought us a basket of pita. There is definitely a sufficient amount of pita on the platter. It was the only thing we didn’t completely clean off the giant plate!!
