The restaurant is touted as upper-class but serves some of the worst quality food we have had in Greece.

The waitress who attended to us, in the time of 4 hours at the restaurant, may possibly have attended to the table 3 times. And her general attitude was condescending and unpleasant.

We had to ask for a waitress to attend to us. We were not served until seeking out a waiter. We had to follow up on food orders, because the meal for one person at the table did not arrive. And the crab salad that did arrive was purely tinned crab in 1000 island sauce.

We had to wait an hour for the bill after we asked for it, and when we stood up to leave, the staff told us we were rude and had to wait for them to get to us. And when we queried overcharge the restaurant staff and owner became aggressive and threatened us with the police.

I converted conversation into Greek with AI and the owner read the message, which then clarified that the staff were lying to him about what had transpired.

We were served desert that was unwanted in a way to try make up for the main courses that never arrived. We were dismissive D when trying to raise the issue of service being poor, and my companjon at the table was intimidated by no less than 4 people from the restaurant until I arrived to find out why it was so difficult to report bad service.

I can not cover strongly enough how overrated and poor quality this restaurant is.

I can not stress enough that the food is substandard for any marina, and I can not offer any further advice other than spend your time and...

Disappointed overall.

Was there 2years ago and to be honest, was longing to go again and experience the chill out atmosphere and the tasty food. However was dissapointed.

We made a reservation for 4, (had 2guests). The table was nice and the waiters friendly. We wanted to have a wine, but The waitress could not explain to me the differences in the wines so I had to order blindly. The appetizers were normal. The mains (fish and past with fish) we're the MAJOR DISSAPOINTMENT. they brought the mains with time delay to each one of us in the group. So my man whose grilled fish arrive first, had to wait at least five minutes to start eating. Then my pasta with seafood arrived. After another 5minutes the grilled fish and pasta of our guests. I think this is MAJOR FAIL by a restaurant. And no excuse was given. Further more the waiters were soo busy we could not get hold of any of them to ask for explanation.

As for the tastes.. The pasta with seafood tasted bluntly, and the grilled fish was too small and had no juice left (given that we had to wait for the mains of our guests to start). The waiters picked up the plates from the 3people while the 4th was still eating.. Not very polite..We paid 130€ for 4people including housewine. I definitely expect more from the service and the tastes for this money.

This restaurant has definitely got to work on improving their quality of food and service, to regain its reputation, otherwise it is just another nice spot...

Terrible rude service. We should have known from the start when we were not made to felt welcome. This was one of the worst service experiences we’ve had… anywhere… even Europcar in Heraklion airport was better than this, even the fast food place in Vietnam airport (that gave me dysentery) was better. We love coming to Greece for the friendliness and hospitality, which made this even more surprising. We had three children with us, one asleep, one eating quietly and one being, well, a two year old. Apart from a variety of grumpy service, such as reaching across me to get plates when I was serving my children and wife, not helping with suggestions with the menu for kids…the main highlight of the service was a full Aperol spritz was spilt when the waitress was (yet again) clearing plates, I think it was the two year old kicking the table, but who knows… it wasn’t clear who knocked it over. Nothing was said by the waiting staff, apart from moodily clearing up, not even asking if we wanted a replacement drink, which we would have paid for. We left under an angry cloud, too angry to complain in front of three young children, no one even said goodbye. Apart from the service, the food was average, the fish was overcooked and prawn pasta was disappointing....
