Most disappointing sushi ever! They say it’s the first sushi bar in Athens... well it’s definitely the WORST! I’ve had sushi in many places around Athens and other countries before and I make it at home, so I feel I know a thing or two to be able to have an opinion... The sushi rolls are awful - the rice is totally dry and tasteless. The way the rice is made is supposed to be the secret to good sushi, to bring out the flavors of the fish etc. well, these people have no idea. Plus the quality of the ingredients is cheap and bad. I have placed an online order and totally dissatisfying, all the products were worthless and with no taste at all, the noodles were overcooked and sticky (even in the trash )and looked like pasta with 2 shrimps also overcooked and 10 chive slices, the sushi were micro portions and the rice wasn't well prepared for it. Terrible. Ridiculously overpriced and extremely poor quality sushi. Quality similar to/ worse than airport sushi. Rice was dry and not even authentically prepared (soaked Japanese style etc). This is the worst sushi bar I have been to in Europe.
