Casa del Gelato — Restaurant in Municipality of Piraeus

BAD DRINKS/MANAGEMENT. Sat for a juice with friends and order cherry drink which they advertise for 5 €. The quality of the drink was bad and extremely sugary so we asked the waitress to change. She came back saying if she gave us an other drink SHE WOULD HAVE TO PAY FOR IT HERSELF so we could not change our bad tasting order. This is unacceptable. The young waitress should not have to pay for a bad quality drink the store advertises, this is UNETHICAL. Ownership and management - or better lack of it, is terrible at Casa Del Gelatto . Furthermore, it was Sunday, a busy day, and this young waitress was all by herself, meaning service was extremely slow. Managment cannot afford a 2nd person on the busiest day? In conclusion I had to pay 5€ for a bad drink and not enjoy - or have a drink on the expense of the employee. These cafees should not be supported by consumers. Not going there again. The attitude from the sales person was really rude and withoit any respect. After buying some ice cream and frappe in take away glasses, she demanded to leave the served area, even there were no people at all. Really disappointing. To be honest, there were no polite explanations, just the demand to leave the place in rude form, because of plastic glass for my drink. Some courses for customer relationship would be feasible...
