Service was mediocre…. Friendly but they couldn’t get the order correct. asked for onion rings first as a starter…they came last. Ordered two crispy chicken sandwiches. One came with a fried chicken breast nothing like the picture in menu. The other sandwich was a hamburger. Came back wrong again. Sent it back and will get something elsewhere. Had to ask for our Cokes for a second time. Definitely pass on this place. Besides the poor service, the food is very ordinary. Enjoy a meal elsewhere. Cokes never arrived. Can’t ask for the manager. Apparently there isn’t one. Ugh! The person who ordered is Greek and spoke Greek. This isn’t a fake review. Google needs to keep it to let tourists and locals know what kind of an operation you run. We asked to speak with the manager. Too bad you weren’t there. We would have paid more if your people would have delivered what we ordered to the table. Don’t put pictures of one product in the menu when you don’t even have that one. BTW, the canned cheese spread on the fries is horrible. Don’t call it cheese when it is cheap cheese spread. We would enjoy speaking to the manager or owner directly sometime. If you don’t like what you read here, don’t discredit the customer. Learn from it...

I usually don’t leave reviews, but this time I just couldn’t stay silent. We stumbled upon this place by chance and decided to stop in for lunch. The location is convenient, the food was hearty and very affordable. Unfortunately, a few serious issues ruined what could have been a pleasant experience.

First of all, we found a hair in one of the dishes which is unacceptable. But even worse was the service. Our waitress was incredibly rude from the very beginning. As soon as we sat down and decided to stay, she told us that “if you didn’t like it here, you could go somewhere else.” Based on what? our facial expressions? That’s hardly the kind of hospitality you’d expect from any restaurant.

She also couldn’t really answer our questions about the menu, especially in English, and overall didn’t present herself well. Later, we had an issue with the order. When we asked to remove some items that didn’t work for us, she refused and became quite aggressive in her tone. Thankfully, the managers helped resolve the conflict, and for that we are truly grateful.

Think twice before choosing to dine at this place. I hope the management takes this seriously, because no matter how good the food is, people will remember how they...

I’m foreigner and came there after long flight. I asked for English menu, they said they have none, I asked the waiter to give me ANY kind of salad (coz I don’t read Greek) and a glass of red wine. He said I need to use the bar code. I said - any salad on his choice will be good. He said rudely that his choice is his choice and mine is mine. And asked me again to use the bar code. I tried and I couldn’t because as I’m foreign my internet wasn’t working perfectly. I was very disappointed, because it’s simple request salad and wine. How hard is that? And the waiter wasn’t even a little bit nice to me. So, I left hungry and angry. For the owner - your place looks super nice, and food smells and look good, I was surprised comparing to another cafes around it was empty on Saturday night. So… the reason is service. Train your workers to actually be nice and provide food as it was requested....
