Oh, what a horrible place. I can tell the fish is not fresh at all from the eye and prawns are even with a black head. I asked how to cook the red prawns. The staff responses in such a fiercely rude way. He said “can only be cooked in risotto or pasta, and then it started to get offensive. He said can be grilled but do not tell him that not like it and no paying. Why does it think like that? If I order of course I will pay but the precondition is good service. If the guest is not satisfied with food, decent restaurant will either change a new one or take that off the bill. I have no idea why this concern is coming from and it sounds like this situation happened before which proves the products are not good. We have been in Greece a week and this is my first review less than 5 stars, not coincidentally this is the first time we have eaten in a touristy area. The location and atmosphere were very nice, the service was indifferent, asked for tap water but didn’t get it, didn’t get an itemized receipt. Greek salad was nice, cod was ok (they were out of what I actually wanted), French fries were very good, dolmades were very good. Crab salad was imitation crab (pollock) as far as I could tell oily and unappetizing, mussels were good but only got about (20), mussels are the weeds of the ocean be generous. Stopped for Lunch after doing a quick Google search for area restaurants. The whole experience was absolutely amazing! First the host was very gracious and kind. The prices are very affordable and fair. Now to the food. The one thing that I kept repeating to myself was just "Wow!" For appetizer I ordered Saganaki Shrimps and the the dish was perfect. The bread for dipping was amazing as well. For main dish I went with grilled Sea Breem and I must say it was the best I ever had! The food was extremely fresh and delicious.
