Freddo All Day Bar — Restaurant in Municipality of Piraeus

The worst customer service that i have ever seen in my life!! Half an hour waiting for the order ... Then another half an hour waiting for the drinks.. And we were tired of waiting we went to the waiter and said '' we are cancelling the order because we waited a lot '' and surprisingly his answer was simply '' OK'' without even telling us why or try to handle an unsatisfied customer properly. We went to the cashier asking for a manager and no one wanted even to listen to us!! They were looking to us in a sarcastic way!! So bottom line i don't recommended this place there is million nicer bars and coffe shops to...

On our first day in Piraeus, we didn't expect much from this place when we came across it while exploring the surroundings. We just wanted to have coffee and watch the sunset. That was it. In terms of its location, it was one of the most beautiful places we could do this. Generally, in places with such a good location and view, the quality and taste of the food decrease, but Freddo misled us. We had an apple pie and a brownie with our coffee; both were very fresh and delicious. It's definitely one of the places where we will go again and try the other foods...

Terrible experience—don’t waste your money. We ordered two chicken salads for 12€ each and got three tiny slices of chicken per plate. Honestly, I’ve seen more chicken in a sandwich. Absolute rip-off. We also got a so-called “Greek” salad which did have feta, but apart from that, it wasn’t very Greek. It tasted fine though, I’ll give them that.

The worst part? The service. Our waitress had one AirPod in the whole time, didn’t smile once, barely paid attention, and just seemed completely uninterested. It felt like we were bothering her by even being...
