Monte Carlo Coffee — Restaurant in Municipality of Piraeus

Totally unorganized service. One person goes around and take your order. Then second person will bring you your drinks. I had to ask for an ashtray 5 different people and yet noone was bringing one. Same was for napkins since they didn't bring any with pizza just like noone brought plates with pizza which we waited for more than a half an hour. We asked for simple box ti take pizza leftovers and even after 30 minutes we did not get a box. Once my wife went to the bar to ask for the box young lady was laughing at her ironically after she admitted that she forgot about the box. Finally one guy went across the street to main restaurant to get a box. If you needed to use bathroom you need to take a hike to main restaurant as well. It seems to me that organizationally it is a total chaos and noone takes their responsibilities but rather pass the blame to next guy. Excellent Café . We have been regular customers every morning at 9 am for the past two weeks. Great view , great coffee and best of all good tasty tea . Unlike two rival cafes nearby which serve tea with the cheapest teabags from the cheapest well known supermarket for 4 euros a cup . This morning we were served by a young woman called Konstantina ? . She deserves a mention because she gave us a genuine smile even though we were the first customers as soon as they opened . I found the place and the seats dirty. The waiter ask if a piece of paper on an empty table was "ours", he took it and the table remained dirty from the previous customers without to clean it. When I called him back to clean the table from the wheat debris, during cleaning, he throw all the debris from the table on our cloths. The couch was wet but most probably from the precious customers but also dirty. The service is not good. We found the table empty.
