Goody's Burger House — Restaurant in Municipality of Piraeus

Last year I rated this Goodys restaurant with 1 star describing it for how dirty it was because of poor management and bad staff quality along with insane prices!!

A year later and they seem to have listened to all the feedback received which is more than awesome from Goodys and shows how much empathy they have for their costumers and especially their brand.

The decor also seems to have changed and they clearly plan for more changes ( I saw a gigantic brand board 😂😂😂)

I was amazed by how clean everything was , the staff was ready for action and extremely polite , the toilets not only were clean but had an automatic air spray and the prices were back to normal which is more than anyone can ask for ! (Except the drink prices but that's more of an overall Goodys problem and not the store's).

I can't believe how many steps they took in a year to make everything better. Have a great...

Do not go here !! A friend of mine had to wait 30 minutes for only two small boxes of fried food while other persons who ordered burgers 25 minutes after my friend got them in 2 minutes. The french fries and the burgers were as cold as the staff and their taste was as disgusting as the decorations. They forgot a part of the menu of many persons. Members of the staff were scratching their nose and ears. And what a terrible food ! If a picture is worth a thousand words, we should find 999 synonyms for infect. We don’t know what kind of strange business they’re doing in the back of this « restaurant ». They call themselves a fast food but they’re not fast and they don’t serve food, what a shame is this. People want to eat but they’ll just get intoxicated, this place...

The stuff is very polite and trying to make everything to satisfy the customer but the company's policy makes things difficult! They have changed the menu. it's quite expensive for a fast food company. There are no menus with a drink and fries any more. They try to make it a burger house perhaps a more expensive restaurant but the food is just fast food! And the customers are always students tourists and people that are looking for a quick meal. The specific shop in Pireus port is located in a dirty and quite dangerous spot and is advised to take conscious when getting there.
