It took a very long time for anyone to take our order, and several menu items weren’t available. When the coffee finally arrived, it came without sugar or even a spoon. Trying to get the attention of the staff was nearly impossible as no one seemed to be looking at the tables.

The food service was chaotic: one person received their meal first, after we waited over 30 minutes, and then, after those 30 minutes, we had to wait another 10 minutes for the second person’s food to arrive. To make matters worse, the order was incorrect.

The same owner of the shop next door (and same VAT no on the receipt) . I bought an inflatable Sunday and today it brook in a seal next to an air tube, which is clearly a fault from the factory. The girl at the counter actually said “Maybe too much weight”. Well, it says 180 kg on the inflatable and I’m might not skinny but I’m only 100 kg. How rude for her to call me fat. And she wouldn’t even hear me out, just told me she couldn’t give me another one.
