Probably the most elevated restaurant in the area. There are four different menus: Meat, fish, vegetarian and a mix with Greek specialities with a twist. You can also mix and match between them, which is great.

Overall the dishes were very creative and tasted great. However, if you decide to order the menu, be prepared for A LOT of food. We did not manage to finish every dish, which is a shame. I recommend to order less at first and then order more if you need and want.

Although I have visited the hotel many times before, this was my first visit to Galazio Restaurant, and in particular to a wine pairing night that is ogranized weekly. We really loved it. The atmosphere, the amazing local food creations by Chef Yiannis Tsivourakis, a chef that respects the produce and the people who consume it to the maximum degree, and of course the wines pairing and fabulous commentary from the sommelier Anna Maria Kambourakis who is so passionate about what she does!
