Kantári — Restaurant in Municipality of Platanias

We visited this restaurant yesterday. At first glance, the place looked really cool — stylish interior and attractive staff.

We ordered a cocktail, a beer, and calamari. The cocktail arrived only after the calamari was already on the table, which wasn’t great. The fries were cold, and honestly, it made us wonder — are they reusing leftovers from other plates or what?

We complained, and they brought us fries that were just a bit warmer — no real apology, nothing taken off the bill, as if it was totally normal.

The whole experience was quite shocking. It honestly felt like a bad joke — treating tourists like that and charging Scandinavian-level prices...

It is a great place and unlike the rest of Crete, at this establishment they don't try to lure you in with people who just start asking where you like to sit and for how may people.

We ate the pizza, the flavour was amazing but I couldn't help but notice that the crusts were kinda hard even though we all had serated knifes. But just to be clear I would order them again cuz they taste amazing.

The atmosphere is very nice and calming and love the open sky whilst dining. The trees also give a nice vibe and Make it in a way a bit more private and more detailed then if it were only tables...

We ate here and the kitchen is nasty, we found hair in our food and ordered spaghetti bolognese and it taste like something you Can cook at Home, it was nothing special and there was a lot more spaghetti than sauce and we had to ask for parmesan because They did not bring us some. They Were Many mosquitos and cats, but the restaurant had a nice decoration and it was beautiful and the staff was nice, but not the food or the kitchen! And we got the smallest coke zero and it...
