🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟 A must-visit — year after year!

This is our second year in a row visiting Ocean, and honestly, I can’t imagine coming to Platanias without returning here. It’s more than just a restaurant — it’s part of our holiday tradition now.

Ocean is a wonderful family-run place with warm, welcoming service and a truly relaxed, friendly atmosphere. The food is consistently delicious — tasty Greek classics like moussaka, fresh salads, and a variety of daily specials.

For those looking for something quick or simple, the restaurant also offers snacks and fast food options, which makes it a great choice for families or a casual bite during a beach break.

One of the best things is the location — it’s perfect for a full beach day. You can swim, relax, and pop in for lunch, coffee, or dinner without ever needing to leave the beachside comfort. Whether you’re with kids or just looking to unwind, it’s ideal.

We’ll definitely be coming back again — this place feels like home...

Very disappointed with our experience at Ocean Restaurant. The food was overpriced and lacked flavor, and the staff seemed uninterested and unprofessional. Definitely not worth the hype – we won’t be coming back.We were expecting a nice meal, but it turned into one of the worst dining experiences we’ve ever had. The waiter acted like we were bothering him just by being there – no greeting, no smile, and he rolled his eyes when we asked questions about the menu. When the food finally arrived, it was cold and clearly not fresh. I asked politely if it could be reheated or changed, and he just walked away without saying a word. Nobody checked on us the whole time, and when we went to pay, they didn’t even say thank you. It felt like we weren’t welcome at all. Would not recommend this...

I had a very disappointing experience at this restaurant. We asked to share one dish since we weren’t very hungry. The staff member who served us seemed irritated by this request and responded with sighs and eye-rolling, which made us feel very uncomfortable.

When we declined to order drinks because we had our own water, her attitude worsened. She started muttering in a frustrated tone, and the atmosphere quickly became tense and unpleasant.
