Brew Your Mind — Restaurant in Municipality of Rethymnon

So, I don't know where to begin with this place. The coffee is really great and they have many varieties that you really can't find anywhere else in town. They also serve a mean cold brew. The space is well thought out, the seating is comfy, the staff are extremely helpful and nice. Now one would think that all of this is enough for a 5 star review. And they are correct. The thing is... a series of events led me to deal with the owner and the staff in a relatively tricky situation. I must say, these people are truly kind and professional. To make a long story short, some friends of mine were visiting Rethymno from the UK and we had some coffee at Brew Your Mind. One of my friends forgot a wallet with a big amount of money inside and their credit card. The owner handed the wallet to the police. This alone is a surprisingly nice thing to do. The police somehow managed to missplace the wallet and never catalogue it in their system. The owner came down to the station with us and made sure the wallet was found. Without his assistance I am certain we would have never been able to recover my friend's belongings. All in all, this place is awesome, their coffee is awsome, the staff is awesome and the owner is a truly ethical...

We came here for coffee and cappuccino since four years- every single year, because it was our favourite place for coffee, and especially for me for cappuccino, not only in Rethymno but in Crete overall. We are coffee lovers, that’s why we loved this place, not only because of the specialty coffee, but it was definitely barista place. Unfortunately Not barista place anymore. This is a second time here this summer, unfortunately the cappuccino is only coffee with hot milk and foam milk. You can see the difference if you see my pictures. And the service is a little bit slow as well. If you would like to drink coffee at the place, you have to wait all customers who want coffee on the go, no matter that their turn may be after you. So you receive drink last no matter that the drink for the place is at a higher price.

I recently visited this small industrial-style coffee shop and was absolutely blown away by the experience. The interior was charming and exuded a cozy, industrial vibe that made me feel right at home. The star of the show, of course, was the specialty coffee they served. I had the pleasure of trying their home blend, and it was a revelation. The filter coffee was brewed to perfection, highlighting the nuanced flavors in each cup. The dedication to quality and craft is evident in every sip. The baristas were knowledgeable and passionate about their craft, making the visit even more enjoyable. This place is a hidden gem for coffee enthusiasts, and I can't recommend it enough. Five stars...
