I recently dined at a Greek restaurant and had a delightful experience. The Greek salad was incredibly fresh and bursting with vibrant flavors. The combination of crisp vegetables, tangy feta cheese, and flavorful olives made it a refreshing and satisfying starter.
The sardine grilled was a true highlight of the meal. The fish was cooked to perfection, with a delightful smoky flavor that complemented its natural richness. It was accompanied by a selection of Mediterranean-inspired spices, which enhanced the overall taste and left me wanting more.
For a vegetarian option, I decided to try their vegetarian pizza, and I was pleasantly surprised. The pizza had a thin and crispy crust topped with a generous amount of fresh vegetables and savory herbs. The flavors were well-balanced, and each bite was a delightful combination of textures and tastes.
Overall, the Greek restaurant exceeded my expectations. The quality of the ingredients, attention to detail in the preparation, and the friendly service all contributed to a memorable dining experience. I would highly recommend trying their Greek salad, sardine grilled, and vegetarian pizza. It's a fantastic place to indulge in authentic...
Read moreI usually like to try new things and explore new places instead of returning to one restaurant while on vacation. However, this is definitely the best place in the area, and we decided to continue coming here until the end of our stay. It's an absolute gem, offering a fancy experience in affordable prices. As someone who loves good food but has to count their money, I've instantly fell in love.
The prices are similar to what you'd pay in taverns near the main street, but the quality is so much higher. I especially recommend shrimp saganaki and veal giouvetsi, but everything we tried there was delicious.
FINIKAS is not only great food, but also great atmosphere and outstanding service - the staff is kind and respectful. You can feel that your presence is truly appreciated. No one is trying to lure you to eat there, and while the waiters treat you with a sweet treat and some raki after your meal, no one is pushing...
Read moreI am writing this review as we came back for a 2nd evening to eat here. We really enjoyed the food as well as the service including the nice explanation about how this or that dish is made. You can see what we ordered in the pictures. The aubergine salad was the best we tested in Grece till now (after 3 weeks). The other aubergine were actually Imam Bayildi even if not called like this in the menu. This evening we ordered zucchini croquettes, snails, Apaki, cheese croquettes. House wine was quite good. We took dry white then rose. Both evenings we had the opportunity to taste it first. One mention about the atmosphere. We ate also in one of the taverns on the main street and food was very good. But the noice was terrible 😣!!! Pity for the food. Here is very quiet just some background music and some quiet chatting. The setting is also very nice. To round up the nice experience the price is...
