IRO Cafe Snack Bar — Restaurant in Municipality of Rethymnon

IRO Café Snack Bar is by far one of the best I've been to. From the first minute on we felt warmly welcomed by the owners amazing positive and friendly vibes. She really loves her job. The Gyros Pita and Cocktails are delicious and also the prices are more than fair. Enjoy the view of the sea and the nice music (She's a great DJ) while having nice snacks and a lot of reasons to laugh and joke around with her. Also the toilets are the cleanest we've seen so far on Crete. We didn't even wanna leave the Bar but we're definitely coming back before we leave back home. 5 star rating for the wonderful and funny time and service we had at this bar. We were a group of 4 people, one of us was hungry, but the others not. So he ordered gyros and a drink. We took a seat and the waitress was really pissed that we did not want anything to eat or drink. Then she came back to the table and rudely ask if we would do it like that in our home country. Like going with a friend to a restaurant who is hungry? Yes!

Rude and bad service. I felt ashamed of that behaviour.

It's unbelievable how lovely this place is. The staff is more than nice. They smile all the time, they're extremely nice and helpful. The serving is fast. The food is cheap, big portions and it's very delicious. When you get the bill, you get free small cocktails, which are also very delicious.
