Olli Restaurant was a great find to go for dinner. They actually do serve the full day from breakfast over lunch to dinner and cater to even a late evening appetite with the kitchen closing only at midnight and the staff is happy to give you all the time you need to finish up in peace without rushing you. We went for dinner tonight and had a couple of starters which I did not think of photographing but they were still very nice. Especially the baked feta with the honey and sesame was a must. Then we had a variety of main courses, I had a Sea Bream that came with a very delicious olive oil, lemon and honey sauce, fresh grilled vegetables and a generous portion of potatoes. My friends hat the meatballs and fries and the seafood linguine. All of which were really delicious. Also I can’t forget to mention their signature Olli salad. It came with Apaki, matured cheese and toasted pine nuts and was an absolute delight. The staff was attentive and friendly, but never overbearing or „too present“ or even pushy. Overall it was a very pleasant experience and I can whole heartedly recommend the place to anyone, who is looking to eat very well at a moderate price. The best greek mediterranean restaurant in Crete! Olli is an overall perfect experience. We‘ve been there many times and tried a variety of dishes. Everything was extremely delicious and stood out from other restaurants. As I personally don‘t eat any meat or fish, I was so happy about the tasty vegetarian options. I had Briam which was so comforting and flavorful, the oven rigatoni and the mushroom risotto which I can recommend especially. My boyfriend had the chicken gyros several times and loved it every time. I think the pictures speak for itself. 😋 You could tell that the food was cooked with skill and love. The best quality.

Not to forget the heartwarming people who work there. Everyone is so nice, and the service is extremely professional and attentive. They will make sure that your experience will be perfect. One immediately feels when something is made with love — and this place is a true example of that. I was touched by the warm service and genuine care the team puts into every detail. Fresh flowers on the table, fresh bread with olives, a small salad, and a complimentary meze — all served with smiles and heart.

The vibes here are very comfy and inviting, and the beautiful sea view just adds to the magic. I’ve visited many restaurants lately, and this is the first one I felt truly inspired to leave a review for — without anyone even asking. The food was delicious, the portions were generous, and the atmosphere was full of kindness and joy.
