Sotos — Restaurant in Municipality of Rethymnon

Very small portions compared to other restaurants. We were the only guests and waited more than 30 minutes for a Greek salad (which was really poor, not even cucumbers) and 3 biftekis/hamburgers which only came with some fries and 3 slices of tomatoes. The meat was good but the rest was dry. Some sauce would have been nice. The chef also scared my daughter by „stealing her hat“, not funny for us. Can’t understand the good reviews in here at all. We were very disappointed....

Small family tavern, great service, affordable and amazing food. Third year in Crete, third year at Sotos grill and still the same tasty food. A great cozy family restaurant where you can feel the real Greek atmosphere. Food delicious (typical Greek dishes) and at very attractive prices. For the past week I have had lunch here every day with my wife and we have always been very pleased with the quality of the food and service. I sincerely recommend delicious mussaka and suwlaki. I will definitely come back there visiting Rethymno...
