Iatridis Studios — Hotel in Municipality of Rhodes

In general there weren’t serious problems. Hot water 24/7, no insects in the room, honest and friendly hostess. You can spend your vacation without big inconvenience.||||+ Price matched quality: it’s economy hotel with spartan conditions||+ Air-conditioner was included in the price (for Booking customers) and it was very useful because the windows of all rooms faced east (beautiful sunrise!) and it was hot in the morning||+ Location isn’t bad – good supermarket and bus stop (to Lindos) right next to the hotel, 5 min walk to the Faliraki center, 10 min to the beach||+ Our room was clean at check-in, then we asked not to clean it, although the hostess proposed every day||+ Towels’ change every 2 days, bed linen – every 3 days||+ Kitchen in the room was small and silmple, but there was the necessary minimum of dishes and even detergent||+ Enough lighting in the room and in the bathroom||+ Good noise isolation from the neighbors, we heared only some sounds of their bathroom||+ Beds were basic but comfortable||+ After check-out we could leave the luggage and food in the hostess's room and even changed the clothes and used the toilet (but not shower!) after a day on the beach||+ Although the hotel is situated near the main road it wasn’t too noisy if you close the window, but it wasn’t very pleasant to have a dinner on the balcony||+ Windows face the road not directly, but on the green area of the closed bar (there was a pool, but also closed)||||But many small problems didn’t allow us to relax on the vacation:||- Awful bathroom as always in Greece. We were attracted by the photo of a bath instead of a shower, but it was very uncomfortable. The curtain was placed so that it ate half of the space and it literally hugged us in the shower. If we moved it a bit the floor was flooded with water||- Old sanitaryware – the taps opened and closed with effort (and often leaked), the toilet tank was very noisy. The towel hooks were uncomfortable and the ventilation window was situated too high (not tall person couldn’t open it)||- Air-conditioner blowed right on the bed, so we had to move ALL the furniture in the room so as not to get sick and not sleep in the heat. It would be nice to sleep with an open balcony, but there wasn’t mosquito net, although it would be cheaper than using air-conditioner||- There were only 3 free sockets in the room – near the door and near the balcony (where they were useless) + one dangerous broken socket near the bed. No one near the kitchen or in the bathroom. It was also unsafe to use a kettle that didn’t turn off automatically||- Beds were single and to make a double one in the middle there was an useless and dirty foam-rubber||- Internet was very bad and slow||- Hostess was very friendly but not helpful. She knew nothing about Rhodes: price of taxi, buses on the island, good restaurant or car rental. She didn’t provide transfers and didn’t know how to reach hotel from the airport or port. All the information we found out ourselves||- There is no reception, the hostess was in the hotel only 3-4 hours in the morning and at check-in/check-out. So if you need something urgently it’s possible to contact her only by Whatsapp, but she responds quickly||- Security in the hotel wasn’t good. The entrance door was always open, no reception, anyone could go to the rooms 24/7. One day an unknown man kicked our door 3 times and it was terrifying because the plstic room doors were so flimsy that they could be broken easily. There was a safe in the room, but the lock wasn’t a code,...

Me and my boyfriend were here for 11 nights 6th July till 17th Which felt like forever. We arrived and their was no reception we had to ring the manager Sofia for our key which then she pulled up in her car and showed us to our room. The rooms were basic and dated and the self catering facilities were rubbish, two hob cooker no oven, just a kettle no toaster microwave etc.||||Then you had to pay 7euro a night if you wanted air con which we thought was ridiculous so we suffered in temperatures of 45 degrees but we slept with all the doors open on a night.||||The rooms were cleaned every day but their was no cleaning carried out just clean towels and sheets. The floors were filthy and the cleaner doesn't mop under the bed their was crumbs everywhere.||||Check out is at 12noon and we didn't get picked up for airport until 7.00pm so we had to leave our bags in their cleaning room then help our selfs to collect as nobody was around as was no reception. It's a family run hotel by Sofia and her parents. Sofia talks slightly good English but the parents don't speak English at all they were hard to communicate with.||Our toilet broke but Sofia's dad was quick enough to go fix it which was a positive.||||We where on top floor Their is no pool it's non existent horrible view looking at a empty pool even though it's ran by bubbles bar next door. It's such a shame it's not open no more as would have been handy to cool down. If you want to use a pool their is antonios snack bar pool if you turn right and walk up the street for 250 metres or so.||||Buses run every 45 mins and theirs a stop oppisite the apartments you can go almost all over rhodes. Rhodes town is a must it was lovely walking round the old town.||||The location is good for bar street and club street, but we found faliraki ain't all as it's made up to be so if your thinking of a mates holiday don't book up you will be disappointed we thought the place was a hell hole theirs more tourist shops than restaurants bars and clubs and more strip joints than out else. If your a couple I would recommend you book up for another resort !!!!!||||The beach is a 10 minute walk if that which is really big and plenty of space and water sports and sun loungers 4euro a day ||||Safe to say we will not be visiting faliraki ever again it was disappointing.||It's very expensive to eat and drink out so I would recommend all inclusive or take plenty of cash ! Their is a supermarket if you turn left just up the main road. Handy little thing.||||If your wanting luxury don't book this you will be so disappointed we only stayed here because we got given this holiday and changed the names on the booking.||||Oh but free wifi was probably the best thing about the...

Отдых в Греции в этот раз не оцениваем, о постараемся максимально объективно оценить именно отель и расположение Iatridis Studios. Отель Iatridis Studios расположен в городе Фалираки вдоль оживленной трассы Родос-Линдос. Расстояние от столицы Родос около 15 км, от города Линдос 35 км., расстояние до международного аэропорта Диагорас около 17 км. Если вы захотите поехать в столицу Родос или город Линдос, а возможно в Афанду или на пляжи Anthony Queen, то автобусная остановка в 30-50 метрах от отеля. Автобусы ходят по графику, который вы можете увидеть на самой остановке, как и стоимость проезда( до Родоса-2,4 евро, Линдос 4,4 евро). В 200 метрах от отеля параллельно трассе есть еще одна улица(центральная) по которой так же ходит автобус. От туда вы сможете так же доехать в Родос.||В 150-200 метрах от отеля находиться сетевой супермаркет АВ с большим выбором продуктов, напитков, фруктов и прочего. Режим работы указан на входной двери( с 8-22ч). Помимо этого крупного магазина есть масса мелких магазинчиков которые так же расположены в шаговой доступности от отеля( 150-500 метров). Отель удобно расположен по отношению к сувенирным лавкам, тавернам, клубам. Все это можно найти пройдя так же 200-500 метров, на любой вкус и кошелек.||Пляжи в Фалираках в основном песчаные. Дорога до пляжа займет до 10 мин по центральной улице( 300-500 метров). Вдоль пляжной береговой линии расположены кафе, таверни и фаст-фуды, где можно покушать. Пляжи бесплатные, в любом месте вы можете расстелить полотенце и отдыхать. Если вы захотите взять шезлонг и зонтик то он вам обойдется от 4 до 8 евро. Правее от отеля (по пляжу) примерно 1 км. есть порт, от куда отправляются водные экскурсии и кораблик-такси в город Родос (цена в одну сторону 7 евро, в обе 12 евро). За портом есть неплохой каменистый пляж где можно поплавать см маской. На расстоянии 1,5- 1, 8 км для любителей экзотики есть нудистский пляж. На расстоянии 3,5-4 км есть отличные бухты где можно насладиться кристально чисто водой и изумительной природой. Это пляжи Anthony Queen, Ladiko Beach куда можно доехать на автобусе, автомобиле или пройти пешком.||Теперь о самом отеле. Отель Iatridis Studios имеет 3 этажа и 18 номеров-апартаментов, которые оснащены мини-кухней. Номера все одинаковые и имеют балконы на центральную трассу. В нашем номере было все необходимое: 2-е кровати, 2-е тумбочки, шкаф для одежды, кухонный стол со стульями, холодильник, электрическая печка, посуда, кондиционер. На балконе стоял стол и два кресла. Сразу хотелось бы отметить ТЕЛЕВИЗОРОВ НЕТ. Но для нас телевизор не был проблемой это наверное и хорошо, что он отсутствовал. О кондиционере отдельная тема. В номере он есть, но покупая путевку или самостоятельно бронируя отель обязательно уточняйте, входит он в стоимость или нет. В нашем случае у оператора ANEX TOUR не было прописано что кондиционер не входит в стоимость и приехав в отель нам сразу сказали: КОНДИЦИОНЕР 7 евро/сутки. Такую цену мы не готовы были платить и не брали его, но в летние месяцы в номере можно сойти с ума от жары, или спать с открытой входной дверью и балконом. А это гарантия простуды на сквозняке. Если кто-то когда-то напишет что в отеле тихо, это ложь. Если оценивать со стороны анимации, то да- это семейный отель в котором ее нет, но это не значит что в отеле . тихо. Отель расположен вдоль оживленной трассы, где круглосуточно оживленный трафик, и даже с закрытой дверью уснуть очень сложно. Это огромный МИНУС ОТЕЛЯ-ШУМНАЯ СТОРОНА. Территории у отеля нет, да что там территории, рецепшена тоже нет. Отель семейный и хозяева( София и ее родители) приезжают днем и уезжают вечером. Позвонить из отеля нельзя, т.к. никакого телефона нет. Вся информация вывешивается на входе в маленьком холле, в котором стоит стол , диван и 4 кресла. И главная надпись: сейф-10 евро, кондиционер -7 евро. Бассейн у отеля есть, но он судя по виду не работал уже года как два. Горячая вода в отеле была, но после 21ч не надейтесь на нее, но нас это никак не смущало, т.к. жарко было и без того. Что касается WIFI с этим все в порядке, он был бесплатный в каждом номере, очень редко когда были сбои. По уборке номеров у нас вопросов не было, каждый день номера убирали и раз в 3-4 дня меняли постельное белье. Еще один большой МИНУС-КОМАРЫ. При наличии 2-х фумельгаторов в номере, эти »звери» летали и жалили.В заключении хочется сказать, что отель предназначен только для тех туристов которые просто оставляют вещи и путешествуют по острову. Выспаться в этом отеле у вас не получиться. Но есть и плюсы- отель расположен в Фалираках –центре ночной жизни. Плюс отеля- его хозяева, они очень гостеприимные и внимательные. Нас без доплаты заселили в 6 утра и выселили в 17:30 (перед самим выездом). А это совсем не по европейским стандартам, где заселение после 14:00 и выселение до 12:00. Никто нас за это не заставил доплачивать.||Если вы совсем не притязательный турист, или покупаете тур по бюджетной цене, то Iatridis Studios вам подойдет, в противном случае получите один негатив и отдых на Родосе...
