One lesson I’ve learnt: if there is no people in the restaurant, trust them and don’t go there either. Outside, this taverna looks great - pretty tiles, chairs, tables. In a nutshell, it seems trustworthy on a first glance. However, the menu is very scattered. I ordered chicken fillet “a la cream”, as they decided to call it, and it was decent at best. The cream felt really sour and not suitable for expected soft chicken. But the most fun part is that, in the middle of pretty much touristy place, they accept only cash. It was the first case of such sort that I have encountered in many days spent here. Even small shops (not gladly) but allow paying by card. Read moreThis restaurant is exactly what others have said about it. A hidden gem! It’s tucked away down Apollonos near our hotel away from the strip.
We were confused as we approached as no one else was there but it could be this time of year.
The service was prompt, the waiter was very friendly and quick to take our order and our food came out in no time at all.
Our Gyros were great. Tender meat full of flavour, soft pitta bread, a tasty tzatziki and a nice selection of salad. More people need to know about these guys. Make the effort if you can. You wont be disappointed....

We have spent a week in Falirakl trying to find an authentic greek taverna with real green food. Omg. We found it. The owner and his wife who was in the kitchen preparing fresh food to order were amazing. The real deal. I cannot recommend this place enough . We had lunch and it was amazing.
