Restaurant Paradise — Restaurant in Municipality of Rhodes

I can’t say we are there because we were confronted by a blatantly racist lady at the lounge chair area outside. She came out and was very rude to my friend, who is African American, asked us if we had paid to sit on the chairs and when we said we had no idea we were supposed to, she then started the rating us saying do you know how to read? When we had originally came to the beach there was a large vehicle parked there Loading up several kayaks so we did not see a sign that was there saying that we needed to pay for seats. We apologized for sitting there and were only there for about 20 minutes. As we were getting up, she grabbed the chair my friend was in, tipped it over, and started spraying it down with cleaning spray as if he had some type of disease. She was so hateful and mean that there is no way I would EVER frequent...

Beautiful location. It did take a while before my pizza was ready and it was a little dry but it tasted okay. The people are nice but I did have to ask for my bill after waiting for them to come for a while. Even though they cleared my table. Edit: Went back a second time, this time I tried a Greek dish, gyros. It tasted okay but I would have liked a little more meat and less fries. I won't go back there again because of twice not being completely happy with my order. There is another place close to my hotel that's less expensive and has amazing food with...

We hebben hier tijdens onze vakantie in de avond een pizza gegeten (we dachten even iets anders dan elke avond gyros). We kregen een pizza waarvan we echt dachten dat het een diepvries pizza was. Heb nog nooit zo’n slechte pizza op. Zat erg weinig smaak aan en heel droog. Uiteindelijk dit ook nagevraagd bij de serveerster, die toe gaf dat het een diepvries pizza was. Ik gaf aan dat de pizza erg droog is en weinig smaak heeft. Ook dit gaf ze toe, maar zei wel dat ze speciaal gemaakt worden voor hun restaurant. Ik vind het te absurd voor woorden dat je een diepvries pizza aanbiedt in een restaurant en er ook nog eens 12 euro voor durft te vragen. Ze zei als je me van te voren had gevraagd of die vers was, had ik eerlijk nee gezegd. Waarop ik aangaf dat als je als restaurant geen verse gerechten kan aanbieden, dit niet op de kaart moet neerzetten en dat ik het het geld echt niet waard vond op. Daar leek ze dan weer geen boodschap aan te hebben. We mochten alsnog het volle bedrag afrekenen. Verder had het restaurant erg weinig sfeer, erg rustig in de avond (nog 3 tafels gevuld van het hele terras). Personeel is oke, maar voor ons zeker geen...
