Really great food, I asked if I could get a meal without chips. Of course, I got what I wanted, however, I was rewarded with extra meal. Normally, if you order Club Sandwich with chips, you get 2 sandwiches and fries. But since I didn't want any fries, the restaurant gave 4 sandwiches to fill up the empty space of the fries. The service was great, always on a lookout for the customer's needs. The restaurant is placed near the port to the seaside and do not think that there is any smell, because there is none. We were extremely disappointed with our visit. The service was completely disorganized – the staff seemed confused and didn’t speak English well, which made communication difficult. Our food didn’t arrive at the same time: I got my dish first, and my partner had to wait another 10 minutes for his pizza. When it finally arrived, it was the wrong one.

The waiting times overall were far too long, and the food was honestly not enjoyable at all. For the quality we received, the prices were absolutely unreasonable. We really don’t understand how this place has a 4.7 rating – it does not reflect the reality. Definitely not...

Had a day trip to Symi dropped in here to grab some lunch and the waitress was really rude, basically the table we sat on was set for 4 people but there were only 2 of us…let me share it was 2x2 tables pushed together so easily separated if needed but no we were told we’d have to move IF we wanted to eat there, so we left. They weren’t even that busy, we could’ve ended spending way more money that a table of 4 but they seem to have a very short-sighted view of how you treat customers!!! Would’ve given no starts of it...
