I was among the luckiest ones who were serendipitous enough to discover this place only a month after it opened for business. Before you know it, it will be the 'it' place in Ermoupoli, and you'll need to book a spot well in advance. What to praise first? The ambience? The simple, stripped down yet so aesthetically pleasing interior decoration? The music which pleases the senses without becoming overbearing? The quality of the selected products? An unique coffee brand, exclusive wines, specialty non-alcoholic drinks, to mention just a few. Last, but not least, they live up to their chosen name. MouSouTou means mine, yours, his, and this is truly a place where you feel that you belong as if you were at home. Aristotelis and Elisavet are welcoming, polite, generous, positive people, and the spirit of the place reflects this overall mindset. Make sure to grab a tshirt bearing the shop's logo, but not before you ask about all the hidden meanings of this little design gem. It would be a treasured memorabilia to take home from Syros, and the whole experience will be one of your most cherished ones...

Δυσκολεύτηκα πάρα πολύ να αποφασίσω, πόσα αστέρια να δώσω. Όταν έχεις φτάσει σε ένα τόσο υψηλό επίπεδο στις αξιολογήσεις του Google πρέπει να είσαι σοβαρός και σωστός. Θα εξηγήσω αναλυτικά γιατί δεν έδωσα 5 αστέρια, αν και θα μπορούσα. Τα ποτά είναι ποιοτικά, ψαγμένα, σε καμία περίπτωση της σειράς! 5 αστέρια εδώ! Το εσωτερικό είναι πολύ όμορφο και απλό για τα δικά μου δεδομένα ιδανικά μινιμαλιστικό, χωρίς υπερβολές, γιατί το επίκεντρο είναι το αποτέλεσμα που μπαίνει στο ποτήρι! 5 αστέρια εδώ! Τα κοκτέιλ περιστρέφονται γύρω από 2(!!μόνο!!) βασικά ποτά, και επιθυμίες του θαμώνα «πνίγονται» κοφτά. Εδώ 2 αστέρια! Εάν η δικαιολογία είναι η έλλειψη προσωπικού, τότε 3-4 αστέρια. Η ποσότητα σε αλκοόλ 2 αστέρια. 4 Η μουσική μου άρεσε, από εμένα 5 αστέρια, αλλά αυτό είναι απόλυτα υποκειμενικο!
