Fluffy Brunch — Restaurant in Municipality of Thessaloniki

Unfortunately, the “Final Boss” plate was good as taste, but problematic due cheddar cheese. Completely randomly, four of us went at different times and got the same dish. The next day, all of us experienced diarrhea and felt very sick (including me). On the other hand, I highly recommend the Chorizo Shakshuka. It’s delicious, and the egg is properly cooked since it’s baked with the hot ingredients in the pan. The dessert “Tsoureki with milk” was awesome. I’ll definitely give it another try in the future, and I hope this feedback helps the staff be more careful moving forward.

Update: After looking into the matter, it turns out we were just unlucky, there had been a recall of a specific cheddar due to the detection of a certain bacterium by the Hellenic Food Authority (EFET), but there was no timely or widespread notification to stores in general. So no worries, all is well! I’d also like to sincerely thank the staff and the owner of the store for their excellent cooperation — we truly appreciate it, and we’ll definitely be choosing them again...

Yes, the pancakes are tasty, fluffy, and delicious. The staff is friendly, and the service is fast. On the surface, this place could easily be a go-to brunch spot in the city center.

But all of that means nothing if the atmosphere makes you feel unwelcome. I arrived around 6 p.m., with a full hour left before closing at 7 p.m., and yet the music was turned off at 6:10 p.m., the staff started cleaning, and their private conversations became the only background noise. It was uncomfortable, unpleasant, and honestly unprofessional. Instead of relaxing with my daughter, I was forced to sit in a half-closed café listening to the staff chat while they prepared to leave It completely ruined the experience. No matter how good the pancakes are, I will not be returning, and I would not recommend this place to anyone. A brunch spot that treats its customers this way doesn’t deserve...

FOOD: The taste was great, we order 2 types of fluffy pancakes and they did not disapoint taste wise, but portion wise, i would not say it was worth the money, i left feeling more hungry. The maple pancakes were great, but the choco one was not it, i felt that something was missing.

ATMOSPHERE:

Outdoors great, not too cold , not too hot, not smelly! Key point! Inside, god I can not stand the smell inside. It is becuase of the open kicthen, but still not a great smell, also your cloths and hair smell afterwords and if you have a full day infront of you, I would reccomend sitting outside. But it was very good looking both inside and outside.
