Trigona Elenidis (Κέντρο) — Local services in Municipality of Thessaloniki

Best pastry brand for traditional Trigona in the city, to my opinion. There is another Elenidis in the city center, but it's a different brand. You can distinguish between the two from the box - this one uses a full deep red box with a gold stripe, whereas the other one a red-white box. I know other people prefer the other one - it's a matter of personal taste! Best place to try Trigona though is in Panorama district (that's the reason they are called Trigona Panoramatos, I.e. Panorama district's triangles), because this is where they prepare them, and the cream feeling is almost like foam as it is fresh. Great shop which offers a single amazing product - crunchy yet tender pastry that's filled with fresh vanilla topping. It's freshly made as they fill the topping in front of you and it's not only mouthwateringly delicious it tastes amazing. It's packed in opulently designed boxes so it's great to send someone as a present. Staff is professional and friendly 10/10

Κατάστημα της γνωστής αλυσίδας ζαχαροπλαστείων "Τρίγωνα Γ. Ελενίδης", το οποίο βρίσκεται στον πεζόδρομο Ικτίνου δίπλα στην οδό Τσιμισκή στο κέντρο της πόλης. Το μαγαζί αν και πολύ μικρό είναι καθαρό, με πολύ ωραία μοντέρνα διακόσμηση. Στις αρχές της δεκαετίας του ΄60 ο εμπνευσμένος ζαχαροπλάστης από το Πανόραμα της Θεσσαλονίκης Γιάννης Ελενίδης συνέδεσε το όνομά του με τα υπέροχα τρίγωνα που κατασκεύαζε και όχι μόνο. Με ιστορία πολλών χρόνων, τα φημισμένα τρίγωνα έκαναν γνωστό το Πανόραμα σε όλη την Ελλάδα. Γι' αυτό όταν λέμε τρίγωνα Πανοράματος εννοούμε Μόνο "Τρίγωνα Ελενίδη". Από τότε ό χρόνος είναι σαν να μην πέρασε. Όλα παρέμεναν ίδια, η εξαιρετική ποιότητα υλικών και οι υπέροχες γεύσεις των γλυκών. Τα γλυκά συγκεκριμένα, το φημισμένο τρίγωνο, κανταΐφι, μπακλαβάς, προφιτερόλ και παγωτά, όλα εξαιρετικά. Οι τιμές τσιμπημένες, αντάξιες μεν τις ποιότητας των γλυκών που προσφέρουν, αλλά τις εποχές της οικονομικής κρίσης, οι υπεύθυνοι θα έπρεπε να κοιτάξουν σοβαρά το θέμα των τιμών. Οι άνθρωποι του μαγαζιού ευχάριστοι και γρήγοροι στην εξυπηρετική. Όμως λόγω του μικρού χώρου του μαγαζιού, οι πελάτες συνωστίζονται στο πεζοδρόμιο, χωρίς φυσικά αυτό να είναι ευχάριστο. Εξαιρετική επιλογή για όποιον ψάχνει κάτι ιδιαίτερο και ξεχωριστό, στον χώρο της "γλυκιάς"...
