Wow, what a not lovely experience!

If you’re into being yelled at and humiliated in front of your child and guests, this is the place for you. I tried to order a simple coffee, but the young lady behind the counter (apparently Albanian, judging by the language she used while swearing?) clearly had more important things to do than serve customers – like being aggressively rude and completely uninterested in her job.

She pointed me to the table like she was doing me a favor, all while throwing insults in another language. A true masterclass in customer service.

Honestly, 10/10 for making me lose my appetite and will to return. If I were the owner, she’d be out the door before her next eye...

Terasa este spațioasă și așezată chiar pe un bulevard principal, ceea ce o face ideală pentru cei care vor să se bucure de o cafea bună în timp ce privesc agitația orașului. Atmosfera e relaxantă, iar amplasarea centrală o face ușor accesibilă. Cafeaua a fost foarte bună — aromată, servită rapid și la temperatura potrivită.
